M3XS-UT Javelot XP-L Flashlight
A unique tactical flashlight that uses as a
light source a Cree XP-L diode in a large floodlight, which
made it possible to achieve even 1200 lumens. An
attractive offer for uniformed services as well as tourists and survival enthusiasts. Similarly
to other flashlights from the Olight
Javelot series this model also offers a
more focused beam of light, thus providing a bigger range than a standard
model. Efficient range of up to 1000 m.
Waterproofness of the flashlight is guaranteed by fulfillment of the IPX8 norm (completely waterproof towards continuous submersion in depth of up to 1m).
Mountable on a firearm!
The casing of the flashlight was made from aerospace aluminum covered with hard, anodizing in black colour. Rubber seals on the threads provide complete water resistance.
The glass that protects the diode was made from hardened glass with a high resistance to being scratched and covered with an anti-reflective coating, which reduces light loss to a minimum.
A specially shaped head of the flashlight enables the use of it as a weapon in hand-to-hand combat.
The heart of the flashlight are advanced electronics which steer the power drain. Thanks to that, the flashlight can cast light in a selected mode with the same power until complete discharge of the battery. The electronic also controls modes of operation and their remembering Active Thermal Management system protects the diode from overheating whilst operating in the most powerful mode. After several minutes it reduces the voltage and stabilizes the light on a level between the highest and medium ones. After deactivation of the flashlight, cooling off and reactivation, the flashlight will once again operate in the most powerful mode.
The on/off button located in the back of the body fulfills two functions - activates the flashlight in a last remembered mode (full “click”) and also serves to activate the flashlight in a temporary operation mode (light press).
The additional switch located before flashlight’s head allows for initiating of all operation modes with one hand. Located on it is a diode that shines with a red light when the battery is low.
The flashlight is powered with 3 lithium CR123 batteries that are stored in a compartment that mitigates the sound of the batteries hitting the casing and once the included in the set extension has been used, a fourth battery can be incorporated.
batteries are characteristic for their stable
operation in a wide range of temperatures; they do not exhibit tendencies for self-discharge
(10-year lifetime period), which makes them an ideal choice as a flashlight for
military, police, rescue and survival purposes. The manufacturer allows
the use of following battery configurations: 3xRCR123A,
2x18500 (with the extension tube), 2x18650 (with the extension tube).
The set includes a belt holster, extension tube for 4 x CR123 option; container for 3 x 3V CR123 batteries and spare seals.
Modes of operation/operation time (CR123 Battery):
- 1200-720 lumens / 5 min + 55 min
- 600 lumens / 1,5 h
- 80 lumens / 12 h
- 3 lumens / 360 h
