„Free Gift with Order” - promotion terms and conditions

§1 General Information

1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules of the “Free Gift with Order” promotion available in the Gunfire online store.
2. The organizer of the promotion is GF Corp Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Jana Długosza 42–46, 51-162 Wrocław, Poland (“Organizer”).
3. These Terms do not exclude or limit any consumer rights granted under mandatory applicable law.

§2 Eligible Customers

1. This promotion is available exclusively to individual customers (consumers).
2. Wholesale customers are excluded from this promotion.

§3 How the Free Gift Promotion Works

1. A free gift is available when a single order reaches the minimum gross order value required for a given threshold, excluding delivery costs.
2. Order value thresholds in the “Free Gift with Order” promotion are calculated based on the regular prices of the products in the cart, meaning prices before any promotions, discounts, discount codes, or other price reductions are applied. Delivery costs are not included in the threshold value.
3. Thresholds and free gifts:
1. €62,59 – S-Mag Mid-Cap 125 BB Magazine Black (SPE-05-025717), value: €12,52
2. €125,18 – Specna Arms Tactical 20L Backpack, value: €60
3. €250,36 – Specna Arms Tactical Advanced Vest Plate Carrier, value: €52,57
4. The free gift must be selected and added to the cart during checkout using the gift selection option available in the cart.
5. If the free gift is not selected before the order is placed, the customer loses the right to receive it for that order.
6. Free gifts cannot be exchanged for other products or for cash, subject to consumer rights under applicable law.
7. Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Store, this promotion cannot be combined with discount codes, special offers, or other promotions. This includes, in particular, the “3+1 on tactical gear” promotion.

§4 Availability of Free Gifts

1. This promotion is valid for an indefinite period starting from 13 May 2026 at 12:00 PM CEST.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the free gift available for a given threshold or to end the promotion in whole or in part for important reasons, including product unavailability, changes in the law, or significant organizational changes affecting the promotion.
3. Any such changes will not affect rights acquired by customers who met the promotion conditions before the changes took effect.

§5 Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract

1. If the customer withdraws from the contract in whole or in part and, as a result, the order value falls below the threshold required to receive the free gift, the customer is also required to return the free gift.
2. If the withdrawal applies only to part of the order and, after the return, the order still meets the threshold required to keep the free gift, the free gift does not need to be returned.
3. The free gift should be returned together with the returned product or immediately after withdrawal from the contract, no later than within the deadline applicable to the return of the product, unless the Seller offers to collect it.
4. If the free gift is not returned despite such obligation, the Organizer may seek return of the product or its equivalent value in accordance with generally applicable law.
5. The above provisions do not limit any statutory consumer rights.

§6 Complaints About the Promotion

1. Complaints regarding the course of the promotion, including in particular failure to receive a free gift or incorrect qualification for a free gift, may be submitted, among other ways, using the form available at: https://gunfire.com/en/about/returns-and-complaints-832.html.
2. Complaints regarding the course of the promotion will be reviewed by the Organizer within 14 days of receipt.
3. This section does not apply to and does not limit consumer rights related to complaints about products, including products received as free gifts, under the rules concerning lack of conformity with the contract.

§7 Complaints About Free Gifts

1. A product received as a free gift under this promotion may be subject to complaint under applicable law, in particular under the rules concerning lack of conformity of goods with the contract.
2. The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the free gift with the contract for 2 years from the date the product is delivered to the consumer.
3. If the free gift is found to be non-conforming with the contract, the consumer may exercise the rights provided by law, including in particular requesting repair or replacement of the free gift.
4. If repair or replacement of the free gift is impossible or would involve excessive costs, the consumer has the further rights available under applicable law.
5. A complaint relating only to the free gift does not affect the validity of the sales contract for the other products included in the order, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

§8 Final Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to end or amend the promotion for important reasons, including stock depletion, changes in the law, or business decisions. Any such changes will not affect rights already acquired by customers.
