Free Specna Arms Gun Case - Terms and Conditions

§ 1. 

1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for participating in the "Hi Capy+ Free Transport Case promotion in the Gunfire online store.

2. The organizer of the promotional campaign, hereinafter referred to as the Promotion, is GF Corp with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Jana Długosza 42-46, 51-162 Wrocław, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

§ 2. 

1. The Promotion is addressed exclusively to individual customers, who are natural persons with full legal capacity.

2. Promotional codes are valid for the period indicated in the promotional announcement (e.g., in the newsletter, on the store’s website, or on social media).

3. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, special products, or discounts (except for promotions whose terms expressly allow combining with other promotions).

§ 3. 

1. Wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

§ 4. 

1. A participant in the Promotion is any person who meets the conditions specified in §2 point 1 of these Terms and for whom the exclusions described in §3 of these Terms do not apply.

§ 5. 

1. 1. When purchasing one of the five Arcturus Hi-Caps (ACR-02-048033-00, ACR-02-048034-00, ACR-02-048035-00, ACR-02-048036-00, ACR-02-048037-00), the Customer receives a free transport case (SPE-22-042267).

   2. After adding to the cart an order that meets the threshold specified in §5(1), the order price or the price of one of the selected Products in that order will automatically be reduced by PLN 0.01 gross, while the price of the Free Gift will be charged at PLN 0.01 gross.

   3. The Free Gift – a product the Participant receives as a present – will be invoiced at PLN 0.01 gross. Therefore, the total order value will automatically be reduced by PLN 0.01 gross.

§ 6.

1. In the event that a Participant exercises their right of withdrawal (in accordance with Article 27 of the Act on Consumer Rights), which results in the order value falling below the threshold specified in §5, the Free Gift must also be returned, unless the Participant withdraws from the contract due to a product defect.

2. The above provisions do not in any way limit the Participant’s rights to withdraw from a distance contract, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.

§ 7. 

1. Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods, for example using the form available at https://gunfire.com/en/about/returns-and-complaints-832.html. A complaint should include: the name, surname, and correspondence address of the complainant, as well as a description of the basis of the complaint and the request addressed to the Organizer.

2. Complaints will be reviewed by the Organizer within 14 days of receipt.

3. The Participant will be informed of the outcome of the complaint review via a reply sent either in writing or to the email address from which the complaint was submitted, depending on the method chosen by the Participant when submitting the complaint.

4. In reviewing complaints, the Organizer relies on the content of these Terms and applicable provisions of Polish law. Regardless of the complaint procedure, the Participant retains the right to pursue claims before a common court and the right to out-of-court dispute resolution under the Act of 23 September 2016.

5. The provisions of §7 apply only to complaints concerning the Promotion itself and do not in any way limit consumer rights related to defective goods purchased under the Promotion.

6. In the event of a complaint regarding a purchased product, the Customer is also obliged to return all additional products (Freebies) received under the Promotion or purchase. Failure to return Freebie products may result in their value being deducted from the refund amount.

§ 8.

1. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time for important reasons, in particular in the event of stock depletion, changes in legal regulations, or a business decision.
