Set of freebies - terms & conditions

§1

1. The aim of the special offer known under the name of "Set of freebies" (hereinafter referred to as „Special Offer”) is to offer sets of free items in the form of

Set 1:

SPE-16-021009 - 0.25g Specna Arms CORE™ BBs - 0.5kg

SPE-90-028593 - "PEW PEW PEW" 2 Specna Arms patch

GFT-31-002301 - GlowStick chemical light - red

GFT-31-002303 - GlowStick chemical light - green

Set 2:

ELR-06-012671 - Li-Po safety Bag

GFT-31-002302 - GlowStick chemical light - blue

GFT-31-002300 - GlowStick chemical light - yellow

for orders placed in the Gunfire.com store until October 28, 2020, or while stocks lasts. 

2. The administrator of the offer is the Infinity Fund located at ul. Jana Długosza, 42-46, 51-162, Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as „ Administrator”). 

3. The Special Offer includes only orders with the value exceeding 70EUR/64GBP/25300HUF without the cost of delivery.

4. As part of the Special Offer, a Customer who places an order that meets its conditions will be able to choose one set (from those mentioned in §1.1 ), for free.

§2

1. The Special Offer is directed exclusively at individual customers who are natural persons.

2. The Special Offer is introduced in the online shop www.gunfire.com starting from 23.10.2020 from 11:00 AM CET till 28.10.2020 till 8:00 AM CET.

3. The Special Offer links with the Halloweek.

4. The Special Offer is not linked to other promotions and discounts (except for promotions, which rules clearly indicate the possibility of joining with other promotions).

§3

None of the underneath mentioned individuals may participate in this Special Offer: 
1. Wholesale Customers, 
2. Customers taking part in "United we are strong" special offer; these accounts are treated the same way individual accounts are.

§4

A participant of the Special Offer may be any individual with full legal capacity and legal persons and organizational units without legal personality if they have the capacity to acquire rights and obligations, who meets the requirements stated in §2.1 and does not belong to a group of customers listed in §3. 

§5

The Special Offer includes orders placed on the Gunfire.com website during the duration of the Special offer, meeting its conditions, in particular the conditions stated in §1 of these Terms & Conditions. 

§6

In the event of a return of purchased products, the customer is also required to return free items. If the customer doesn’t return those items, the Organizer will be entitled to deduct the cost of those free items from the amount returned to the customer.

§7

A participant taking part in the Special Offer agrees to all the rules stated in these Regulations
