Christmas Freebies - terms & conditions

Regulations:

§1

1. The aim of the special offer known under the name of "Christmas Freebies" (hereinafter referred to as „Special Offer”) is to offer a free sets of items for orders placed in the Gunfire.com store until December 24, 2019 till 8:00CET. 
2. The administrator of the offer is the Infinity Fund located at ul. Jana Długosza, 42-46, 51-162, Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as „ Administrator”). 
3. The Special Offer includes only orders with the value exceeding 75 EUR or 65GBP, without the cost of delivery.
4. As part of the Special Offer, a Customer who places an order that meets its conditions will be able to add to his order, for free, a set of free items offered by the Administrator. The freebies can added in the Basket chart.
5. The Administrator provides the following sets of giveaway and deadlines for adding them to orders:

§2

1. The Special Offer is directed exclusively at individual customers who are natural persons.
2. The Special Offer is introduced in the online shop www.gunfire.com starting from 11.12.2019 from 13:00 CET till 24.12.2019 till 8:00CET.
3. The Special Offer links with the Christmas Sale.
4. The Special Offer is not linked to other promotions and discounts (except for promotions, which rules clearly indicate the possibility of joining with other promotions).

§3

None of the underneath mentioned individuals may participate in this Special Offer: 
1. the Administrator's employees,
2. other individuals linked personally or impersonally to preparing and administrating the Special Offer,
3. relatives to individuals named in the above § 3, pt. 1. and 2.,
4. wholesale Customers,
5. Customers taking part in "United we are strong" special offer; these accounts are treated the same way individual accounts are.

§4

A participant of the Special Offer may be any individual with full legal capacity and legal persons and organizational units without legal personality if they have the capacity to acquire rights and obligations, who meets the requirements stated in §2.1 and does not belong to a group of customers listed in §3. 

§5

The Special Offer includes orders placed on the Gunfire.com website during the duration of the Special offer, meeting its conditions, in particular the conditions stated in §1 of these Terms & Conditions. 

§6

A participant taking part in the Special Offer agrees to all the rules stated in these Regulations.
