Discount Code for the New Season - Terms & Conditions

§1
1. The aim of the special offer known under the name of Discount Code for the New Season is to grant individual discount codes up to -20% for purchases in the Gunfire store for orders placed in the Gunfire store in the period from November 29, 2021, from 0:01 (12:01 AM) CET to November 30, 2021, until 10:00 (10:00 AM) CET.

2. The Administrator of the offer is the Infinity Fund located at ul. Jana Długosza, 42-46, 51-162, Wrocław, further known as Administrator.

§2

1. The sale is directed exclusively at individual customers who are natural persons with full capacity to perform acts in law.

2. The Special Offer is being introduced in the online store www.gunfire.com on November 29, 2021, from 0:01 (12:01 AM) CET to November 30, 2021, until 10:00 (10:00 AM) CET.

3. As part of the Special Offer, the Customer may receive a discount code of up to -20% for future purchases in the Gunfire store, if during the duration of the Special Offer they

     a) Place and pay for the order (prepaid method) in the Gunfire store

     b) Has or will give a marketing consent to receive newsletters from the Administrator of the Special Offer - the Customer can subscribe to the newsletter in the                     Personal Data settings in the Your Account tab

4. The Special Offer is not linked to other promotions, discount codes, and discounts (except for promotions, which rules indicate the possibility of joining with other promotions).

§3

None of the underneath mentioned individuals may participate in this program:

1. Wholesale Customers,

2. Customers taking part in "United we are strong" special offer; these accounts are treated the same way individual accounts are.

§4 

A participant of the sale may be any individual with full legal capacity and legal persons and organizational units without legal personality if they have the capacity to acquire rights and obligations, who meets the requirements stated in §2 and does not belong to a group of customers listed in §3.

§5

1. The Special Offer shall include orders placed on the Gunfire.com website during the duration of the Special Offer. The included orders must meet conditions of the Special Offer, in particular the conditions contained in points 2, 3, and 4 of paragraph 2 of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Only non-discounted products selected by the Administrator and available on the website indicated by the Administrator participate in the Special Offer. With each discounted product will be indicated the percentage of the discount.

3. The Special Offer consists of lowering the prices of the selected assortment of an online store available at www.gunfire.com up to 20%OFF.

4. The discount code is individual for each Participant and one-time.

5. The discount code is valid January 1, 2022, from 0:01 (12:01 AM) AM CET till January 31, 2022, until 23:59 (11:59 PM) CET.

6. The discount code will be sent to the Participant within 7 days from November 30, 2021.

7. The discount resulting from this Special Offer cannot be combined with other discounts resulting from other promotions, loyalty cards, and the like. Airsoft teams retain their discount if it is higher than the sum of discounts in the Discount Code for the New Season Offer. If the rebate is lower, the prices from the discount code will be added.

8. The discount code will be sent to the Participants by e-mail as part of the newsletter.

9. The code can be used by entering it in the basket when placing the order.

§6 
The administrator holds the right to stop the special offer before the end date due to exhaustion of stocks.
