Terms and conditions - discount codes

§1
1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for the use of promotional codes (“Discount Codes”) in the Gunfire online store.

2. The organizer of the promotional campaign, hereinafter referred to as the Promotion, is GF Corp, with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Jana Długosza 42–46, 51-162 Wrocław, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.


§2
1. The sale is directed exclusively at individual customers who are natural persons with full capacity to perform acts in law.
2. Discount Codes are valid for a specified period indicated in the promotional communication (e.g., in a newsletter, on the store's website, or social media).

3. The sale is not linked to other promotions, discount codes, special products and discounts (except for promotions, which rules clearly indicate the possibility of joining with other promotions).

Wholesale Customers may not participate in this offer.

§4
A participant of the sale may be any individual with full legal capacity and legal persons and organizational units without legal personality if they have the capacity to acquire rights and obligations, who meets the requirements stated in §2.1 and does not belong to a group of customers listed in §3.


§5

1. The sale include only products selected by the Administrator.

2. Discount Codes may be subject to certain limitations, such as: minimum order value, restrictions to selected products or categories, one-time use per customer, and exclusion from combining with other promotions or discount codes.

§6 

1. The administrator holds the right to stop the special offer before the end date due to exhaustion of stocks.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to: 

• invalidate Discount Codes in case of abuse (e.g., multiple uses by the same customer),
• change the terms of the Promotion during its validity for important reasons (e.g., changes in legal regulations, system errors).

3. In case of suspected fraudulent use of a Code, the Organizer may cancel the order or refuse to apply the Promotion.

4. The discount value presented in promotional communications is for informational purposes only and indicates the maximum possible discount. The final discount amount may vary depending on the fulfillment of the promotion conditions (e.g., cart value, selected products, restrictions on combining with other promotions).
