AY-A0006 carbine replica
Characteristic features of A&K replicas are very solid external construction, almost 100% "full metal" construction, effective and stable performance in stock, as well as a large offer of interesting and original models.
The quality of workmanship means that we can confidently and without complexes put the A&K replica next to more expensive models from brand manufacturers. Individual elements of the replica, such as both parts of the body or front grip, have been fitted together very precisely and it is hard to find any looseness here.
The whole body with RIS rails, the outer barrel, stock guide, flash hider and all sorts of manipulators were made of durable zinc and aluminum alloy. Other elements, such as the pistol grip, magazine, and stock- modeled on a flammable prototype - were made of plastic.
The carabiner has a set of universal RIS 22mm mounting rails, enabling the installation of various additional accessories, such as optical sights. A set of folding flip-up sights was placed on the dorsal rails. The outer barrel was finished with a standard left-hand 14mm thread on which a flame hider was mounted.
A special shape was used here for the pistol grip, which is slightly thicker than the grips standard mounted in "M" replicas. The fixed stock holds the battery.
The heart of the replica is a durable v.2 gearbox in which we find 8mm ball bearings, a set of steel gears and a metal spring guide. In addition, a sealed metal nozzle and a dedicated Hop-up chamber were used. The system is characterized by a good fit and very good tightness in the stock.
AY-A0006 is a specific hybrid, powered using magazines from the FN P90 submachine gun replica. The lower body is standard for this type of replica, while the upper is also a conversion. We find here a modified Hop-up chamber, whose adjustment knob is located inside the magazine slot.
The replica comes with a plastic cap made of P90 type low capacity 50 BBs.
