GK99 Assault Rifle Replica
GK99 by G&G from a GT Advanced line – a group of high quality replicas both in terms of internal and external parts. These replicas are very solid and very effective on the airsoft battlefield, which means they have all it takes to make you happy. There are no shortcomings – all parts fit very well together, the size of the replica resembles that of the original firearm as much as possible and the replica has a very good balance.
Only materials of highest quality were used in construction of this replica. The pistol grip, part of the stock and gun cradle were made from a reinforced nylon polymer in a matt black colour. They have an anti-slip lining, which provides a more stable grip. Steel was used in slide, muzzle device and gas pipe dummy. The rest of parts such as receiver, stock mount, internal barrel or cocking handle were all made from a homogeneous zinc and aluminium alloy. The replica features a set of regulated, fixed sights.
The structure and operation of the replica closely resembles that of AK. On the right side of the receiver is located a wing fire mode selector with a safety. The stock is foldable to the right side of the receiver. Access to the Hop-Up chamber is gained after pulling back the cocking handle. The battery is located in the handguard.
GK99 is equipped with a PBB – Pneumatic Blow Back system, known from many other replicas by G&G. This system sets in motion the slide after each shot, which further increases realism and provides additional experience during firing. Pneumatic Blow Back operates by directing some of the compressed air from the geabox into a special cylinder located under its skeleton. The cylinder then powers and sets the slide in motion.
Detailed craftsmanship, characteristic for G&G, is also to be expected on the inside. The replica has a specially modified with an array of reinforced parts V3 gearbox with metal 8mm bearings and completely new M120 spring, which allows to achieve a muzzle velocity of about 415FPS straight out of the box. Because of that and the use of a 438mm long, external barrel, the replica is perfect for combat on medium to long range. Inside is a tight pneumatic system with a top class Hop-Up chamber and packing.
The replica comes with a polymer, hi-cap (600 BBs) magazine.
