Parts made from T6065 aluminum with the use of CNC technology include: M-LOK handguard, Picatinny rail in 1913 standard. Parts made from aerospace aluminum include: the piston and cylinder heads as well as the cylinder itself. Steel parts were also made with the use of CNC technology and these include: the trigger, set of gears, tactical sling swivels and flash hider. Remaining parts such as the Billet Style receiver or the buffer tube were made from a high-quality aluminum alloy. The 14.5-inch external barrel was made of metal using CNC machines.
Double-sided, 45-degree fire mode selector allows for switching between different modes with both the left and right hand. It is a very comfortable solution and speeds up the operation of the selector.
Muzzle velocity adjustment system is connected with fast spring exchange system and makes the replica very versatile. The muzzle velocity can be lowered from ~390 FPS to ~360 FPS with a single 30 degree turn of the screw at the jointing of the receiver and the stock slide.
Wide-Bore Extreme Precision barrel (6.1 mm caliber) increases the range of the replica – due to a wide diameter of the barrel, BBs do not bounce off the inside of the barrel, which causes them to fly considerably farther than in the case of other replicas with similar muzzle velocity.
Fully operational bolt-catch mechanism will simplify the adjustment of Hop-Up, which was designed with precise calibration in mind. The tightness of the entire Hop-Up system has also been increased to the maximum.
Ergonomic, new type pistol grip, flip-up iron sights and stock were made from a reinforced nylon polymer. The stock also has metal elements. Six-position adjustment is very pleasant and operates smoothly and seamlessly. What is important – is that instead of traditional wiring led inside the stock, a circuit of in-built connectors has been implemented in order for the cables not to obstruct the process of putting batteries inside the buffer tube and, most of all, FPS regulation and making use of fast spring exchange system.
The replica’s gearbox is a true masterpiece. It contains a set of steel gears made with the use of CNC machines: durable and practically indestructible. Mounted on 8 mm, ceramic, ball bearings. The piston with seven steel teeth High speed / Torque Ultra features an aerospace aluminum head. The pistol is placed in a cylinder also made from aerospace aluminum.
Included in the set is a mid-cap, 190 BB magazine made from a glass fiber reinforced polymer.
