Free Gifts with the Purchase of SA J Core - Promotion Terms and Conditions

§ 1. Definitions

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

Organizer – Hungry Locust Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością, based in Wrocław at Jana Długosza 42-46, 51-162 Wrocław, registered with the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0001165263, REGON 361782081, NIP 8952046284, BDO number: 000145264.

Products – products offered by the Organizer, listed on the website www.gunfire.com.

Free Gift – a product that the Participant will receive as a gift, but which will be invoiced at the price of 0.01 PLN gross, causing the total order value to be automatically reduced by 0.01 PLN gross.

Participant – a legal adult individual, fully capable of legal actions, residing in Poland, making a purchase as a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code ("A consumer is an individual who enters into a legal transaction with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.").

Website – the website at https://gunfire.com/pl/ maintained by the Organizer for the ongoing promotion service and communication with Participants regarding the promotion, where the main domain points to the online store in which the promotion is conducted.

§ 2. General Provisions

1. The promotion is conducted in accordance with the terms set out in these terms and conditions.

2. The promotion is valid from 25.04.2025, 13:30 until 08.05.2025, 23:59 or until the Free Gifts run out.

§ 3. Promotion Rules

The subject of the promotion covered by these terms and conditions is: Purchasing the Specna Arms J Core replica entitles the Participant to receive the following Free Gifts:

• Hi-Cap 430-round S-Mag magazine for J series replicas – Black (product code: SPE-05-032792)

• 0.30g Specna Arms Core™ BBs – 3000 pieces (product code: SPE-16-029714)

• Gunfire Gnome Patch – Pattern 3 (product code: GFT-30-046392)

To receive the Free Gifts, the Participant must purchase the Specna Arms J Core replica and add the note "CORE" to the order.

The Free Gifts will be automatically added to the order once the conditions of the promotion are met.

After adding the order to the cart, the total order value or the price of one of the selected Products in the order will be automatically reduced by 0.01 PLN gross, and the price of the Free Gift will be charged at 0.01 PLN gross.

§ 4. Promotion Restrictions

1. If the Participant exercises the right of withdrawal from the contract (in accordance with Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act), the Free Gift must also be returned, unless the Participant has effectively withdrawn from the contract due to a defect in the goods.

2. The above provisions in no way limit the Participant's right to withdraw from the distance contract in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.

3. Due to the definition of the Participant, participation in the promotion is not allowed based on a purchase that is not made as a consumer.

§ 5. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the course of the promotion can be submitted no later than by 30.06.2025, in any way, e.g., by using the form available at https://gunfire.com/pl/about/zwroty-i-reklamacje-832.html. The complaint should include: the name, surname, and correspondence address of the person filing the complaint, as well as a description of the basis of the complaint and the request towards the Organizer.

2. Complaints will be reviewed by the Organizer within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

§ 6. Personal Data Protection

1. Personal data of Participants are processed for the purpose of conducting the promotion described in these terms and conditions. Personal data of Participants who have submitted a complaint about the promotion are processed for the purpose of resolving their complaint.

2. The Participant has the right to access their data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, and transfer it, as well as to file a complaint regarding the processing of data.

§ 7. Final Provisions

1. These terms and conditions come into force on 25.04.2025.
