TACTICAL WEEK - terms and conditions

§1
1. The aim of the promotion is a discount for chosen products from the Gunfire store, selected by the Organizer.
2. The organizer of the offer is the GF Corp located at ul. Jana Długosza, 42-46, 51-162, Wrocław, further known as Administrator.

§2
1. The sale is directed exclusively at individual customers who are natural persons.
2. The sale is introduced in the online shop www.gunfire.com starting from 23.06.2025 from 12:00 PM CEST while supplies last. 
3. The promotion  cannot be combined with any other promotions, discount codes, or rebates, except for offers whose terms and conditions explicitly allow for such combination.
4. The number of products included in the promotion may be changed during the promotion period.
5. The binding price is the price of the products shown in the cart at the time the order is successfully placed by the customer by clicking the "Order and Pay" button.
6. When purchasing two SATAC products, the customer will receive a pair of Armored Claw gloves for free. The gloves included in the promotion are available on the website: https://gunfire.com/cs/series/armored-claw-tactical-week-8238.html. The promotion applies to products purchased together in a single order. The discount is applied automatically during the checkout process.

7. The customer must add the selected pair of Armored Claw gloves to the cart when placing the order. If the conditions are met (purchase of 2 tactical products), the price of the Armored Claw gloves will automatically be reduced to 0 Kč.

8. The promotion applies exclusively to products from the “Tactical Equipment” category.

§3
None of the underneath mentioned individuals may participate in this program: 
1. Wholesale Customers.

§4
A participant of the sale may be any individual with full legal capacity and legal persons and organizational units without legal personality if they have the capacity to acquire rights and obligations, who meets the requirements stated in §2.1 and does not belong to a group of customers listed in §3.

§5
1. All orders submitted at www.gunfire.com during the time of the sale and meeting its requirements are covered by the sale.
2. To return items purchased under this promotion, all three products must be returned. Partial returns (e.g., two items) will void the discount and will be adjusted accordingly.

§6 
The administrator holds the right to stop the special offer before the end date due to exhaustion of stocks.
