Terms & Conditions of promotion „Easy Pack for 1 PLN”

§1 Definitions

1. Organiser / Seller – GF Corp sp. z o.o. sp. k., with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Jana Długosza 42–46, 51-162 Wrocław, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000556946, REGON 361501099, NIP 8952044411, operating the online store at https://gunfire.com (hereinafter: the “Store”).
2. Promotion – the “Easy Pack for 1 PLN” promotion conducted under the terms specified in these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotional Product – the product covered by the Promotion: Specna Arms Easy Charger and Battery Pack 11.1V 1000 mAh (SPE-06-040192).
4. Participant – a person making a purchase in the Store during the Promotion period. To the extent that the Promotion is addressed to consumers, the Participant is a consumer within the meaning of the laws applicable in the country of the Participant’s habitual residence.
5. Cart – the set of products added to the order in the Store.
6. Regular-price electric replica – any electric replica available in the Store at a regular price, excluding products covered by other promotions, discounts or price reductions.

§2 General Provisions

1. The Promotion is available in all markets in which the Store offers the Promotion, under the uniform rules set out in these Terms and Conditions, subject to section 2 below.
2. These Terms and Conditions do not limit any consumer rights resulting from mandatory provisions of law applicable in the country of the Participant’s habitual residence.
3. The Promotion is valid from 01.04.2026 from 2:00 PM CEST until further notice.
4. The Promotion applies only to purchases made in the Organiser’s online Store.
5. The Promotion does not cover delivery costs or additional services, unless the Store explicitly indicates otherwise.

§3 Rules of the “Easy Pack for 1 PLN” Promotion

1. The Promotion consists in granting the Participant the possibility to purchase 1 (one) Promotional Product for 1.00 PLN gross, provided that the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions are met.
2. To qualify for the Promotion, the Participant must, within one order:
   • add to the Cart any regular-price electric replica, and
   • manually add the Promotional Product (SPE-06-040192) to the Cart.
3. The Promotion applies exclusively to the Promotional Product indicated in §1 section 3. Other products available in the Store are not taken into account for the purposes of fulfilling the Promotion conditions.
4. The Promotional Product is not added to the Cart automatically. The Participant is solely responsible for adding it to the Cart.
5. Promotion settlement rule: once the conditions of the Promotion are met, the price of the Promotional Product is automatically reduced in the Cart to 1.00 PLN gross (or the equivalent in the currency displayed in the Store).
6. The Promotion is valid only in connection with the purchase of a regular-price electric replica. Products covered by other promotions, discounts or special offers do not satisfy the Promotion condition.
7. The Participant receives information about the Promotion being applied before placing the order, in the Cart or in the order summary.

§4 Limitations and Exclusions

1. The Promotion applies only to orders placed during the Promotion period.
2. The Promotion is not available to wholesale customers.
3. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions or special campaigns, unless the Store explicitly indicates otherwise for a given campaign or in the Cart.
4. If the Participant fails to add the Promotional Product to the Cart, or if the Cart does not contain a regular-price electric replica, the Promotion will not be applied.
5. The Store does not guarantee the compatibility of the Promotional Product with the purchased electric replica. Verifying compatibility before placing the order is the responsibility of the Participant.

§5 Returns, Withdrawal from the Contract and Promotion Settlement

1. The Participant has the right to withdraw from the contract and return products under the rules described in the Store’s return policy, in accordance with the laws applicable in the country of the Participant’s habitual residence.
2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract covering the entire order, the Participant returns all products from the order and the Organiser refunds the payment in accordance with applicable law.
3. If the Participant returns the electric replica that entitled them to benefit from the Promotion, and as a result the order no longer meets the Promotion condition, the Participant is also obliged to return the Promotional Product purchased for 1.00 PLN.
4. If the Promotional Product is not returned in such a case, the Organiser may reduce the refund amount by the value of the Promotional Product.
5. The above provisions do not limit the statutory rights of the consumer, including in particular rights resulting from non-conformity of goods with the contract.

§6 Complaints Related to the Promotion

1. Complaints regarding the course of the Promotion may be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, including via the form available at: https://gunfire.com/en/about/returns-and-complaints-832.html.
2. Complaints are considered by the Organiser within 14 days from the date of their receipt.
3. Currency conversion rule: if the Store displays prices in a currency other than PLN, the price of the Promotional Product shall be converted from 1.00 PLN gross into the currency displayed in the Store, according to the exchange rate applied in the Store at the time the Promotion is settled in the Cart. The final promotional price in the local currency may therefore differ slightly from its approximate illustrative value due to rounding or exchange rate differences.

§7 Personal Data Protection

1. Participants’ personal data are processed for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion and handling complaints related to the Promotion.
2. The Participant has the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

§8 Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 01.04.2026 at 2:00 PM CEST and remain valid until further notice.
2. These Terms and Conditions are available on the Store’s website.
3. The Organiser may amend these Terms and Conditions only for important reasons and in a manner that does not infringe the acquired rights of Participants. Any amendments shall not apply to orders placed before the publication of such amendments.
