Model CM121 je vyroben z kovových dílů a plastu. Zámek, lišta RIS a zásobník jsou vyrobeny z kovu. Plast je použit na hlaveň a obložení rukojeti pistole. Lišta RIS, umístěná pod hlavní, umožňuje instalaci dalšího příslušenství, například svítilny nebo laseru.
