AltaCONTOUR EXT Knee Guards
Excellent knee guards by Alta Industries. Respected and valued by special forces operators, they combine a safety and an
unmatched by any other model comfort of use.
The patented suspension system AltaLock consists of
three straps and special rotatable latches. Excellent fit of the knee guard to
a leg is provided by a bottom, non-stretch strap and an upper strap that adapts
to the user’s leg shape on the move.
Knee guards consist of a durable, outer
cap made from durable nylon and a soft insert with Cordura
trim. Inside is also a thick foam that adapts to the shape of a knee.
AltaCONTOUR LC knee guards feature three, separately
operating segments that provide an even better fit to a knee and elasticity.
Each is built from a foam with a Cordura trim. The
middle segment is reinforced with a polymer shell that protects the knee from
harm.
A special feature of EXT version is a large panel located in the bottom
part, under the shell, that protects the shin. It is attached using an
additional strap with an AltaLock buckle. The panel
is also made of a soft insert with a trim made from Cordura.
