Replica of the CM048A
Replica of the CM048A assault rifle has been made from steel, metal and high-quality polymer plastic, with great attention to detail. Elements such as the barrel, dummy gas tube, discharge device and breech cover are made of steel, while other, finer metal components are made of zinc-aluminium alloy. The pistol grip, as well as the foregrip and the stock are made of reinforced plastic in a matte black colour.
The CM048A has several modifications compared to the standard version - these are the pistol grip, appropriately profiled to increase comfort, and the foregrip together with the gas tube cap. There are 22mm RIS mounting rails, thanks to which we have the possibility of equipping the carbine with a whole range of additional accessories, such as optical sights, lighting and tactical handles, etc.
The rifle has a fixed buttstock, inside of which there is space for a battery. Access to the inside is gained by unscrewing the stock foot. On the left side of the body, we find a side mounting rail of the "dovetail" type, characteristic of these constructions, which allows dedicated optical sights or additional RIS rails to be attached to the replica. The external barrel of the replica has been finished with a left-handed 14mm thread, on which the exhaust device has been mounted.
Because of its size, the replica is well suited for clashes at medium distances, while the long internal barrel in combination with a considerable discharge speed ensure significant focus and precision when exchanging fire.
The replica is equipped with a metal hop-up chamber. It uses the very robust gearbox V.3 that is standard for AK replicas. In this case, however, it has been further modified and provided with a reinforced frame. Further reinforced parts include 7mm steel slide bearings, reinforced steel gears and a directional piston head which increases the performance of the entire mechanism.
The use of an M125 spring here, combined with a piston fitted with an aluminium sleeve, resulted in a significant discharge velocity of 430 FPS for an assault replica. This fact is also influenced by the use of a reinforced spring guide with bearings in the construction.
In the set with the replica we can find a plastic hi-cap magazine of the "Waffle" type with a capacity of 500 rounds.
The set includes:
- replica
- magazine
- cutter
- manual

Blow Back Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting. | No |

Muzzle velocity [FPS] It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second). 1 FPS = 0,3 m/s 1 J = 99 m/s 1 J = 326,7 FPS | 430 |

Gearbox version Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3. | Gearbox v3 |
Hop-Up Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy). | Yes |
