Buying a replica is only the first step on the path of a beginner player. During a game it is worth having equipment that will distinguish you from others, along with well chosen external accessories that increase not only the visual value of the replica, but also its effectiveness and usability.

Silencers

Airsoft replicas make sounds incomparably quieter than their original counterparts In the case of AEG models, the loudest impact is when the piston head hits the cylinder head and the gears start moving (especially if they are not properly padded). However, the principle of the sound attenuator - silencer - in an ASG replica is the same as in the original. The sound attenuator can also be used as an extension of the outer barrel to conceal a longer precision barrel. The silencer for airsoft can also be equipped with the so-called tracer, which is a lamp illuminating fluorescent balls. Before buying, always check what type of thread the replica has.

RIS conversion

Not every replica is equipped with RIS rails for mounting accessories. Fortunately, manufacturers offer conversions to many of them, i.e. grips or beds equipped with RIS or M-Lok rails. This is an excellent way to raise the tactical value of even historical replicas.

Stocks

Assuming a comfortable position for shooting significantly improves accuracy. The most popular standard is the AR15 type stock guide, whose adapter can be mounted on AK, Mp5 or G36 replicas, allowing you to mount most of the available stocks. A fixed or special force stock can also hold the largest LiPo pack. There are also sniper stocks available on the market, which have an adjustable cheek barrel.

Grips

A comfortable grip or tactical foregrip can completely change the ergonomics of an airsoft replica. Vertical grips of various sizes are the most popular, although more and more players are opting for horizontal grips that ensure the natural position of the wrist. Some models are additionally equipped with a compartment to carry batteries for the radio or optics, allen keys or lighter.

Bipods

Bipods are mainly used by players who opt for support replicas or sniper rifles. Taking a good position greatly increases the chance of a successful ambush. Bipods also work well as a rifle stand, which makes it easier to display a replica, for example on a shelf.
