BRO SPEC15 Rifle Replica
A replica made by an acclaimed EMG company. The replica was made with the highest care for details. EMG has decided to transfer the original project by the well-known and prized American manufacturer - Black Rain Ordinance to the world of Airsoft. As in the case of the live firearm, here as well only highest quality materials were used. Thanks to a complete BRO license, the replica bears engraved manufacturer markings and a series logo.
The replica was made practically entirely from metal including aluminum and steel. The receiver of the rifle was made from aluminum and of special note is the implementation of CNC technology, which resulted in remarkably precise craftsmanship as well as elements excellently fitting together. Steel parts, among others, include the stock mounting ring, flash hider, shell ejection window flap, pins and a QD swivel. The stock and pistol grip were made from nylon-reinforced polymer.
The replica features an SF stock with adjustable length that allows to adapt it to the body type and preferences of the user. The stock features an additional compartment inside for small items, e.g. batteries for optics or a flashlight. Space intended for a battery is located inside the stock slide. The connector implemented in the replica is a standard Tamiya mini connector. The barrel features a 14 mm, left-handed thread that bears a steel flash hider that constitutes yet another element characteristic for the BRO series of products. The replica features a set of flip-up iron sights attachable to a RIS rail.
One of the most important elements defining the origin of the replica is definitely the full handguard conversion that resembles the live firearm original. The construction was cut out using CNC technology, which resulted in parts excellently aligned together and an absolute lack of imperfections in the form of overlays or unpolished surface. The entire handguard (just like the receiver of the replica) was anodized in matte black color in the process of powder coating, which makes it resistant to chipping off and scratches. The top features a RIS rail divided into two parts intended for the attachment of optics. The handguard conversion features three short Picatinny rails intended for the attachment of additional accessories.
The set is complemented by details that can be found in various construction elements such as the logo on the shell ejection window, BRO markings on the receiver and “Let it Rain” inscription on the shell ejection window flap. Attachment to details can be noticed in many small but eye-pleasing elements such as the operational Bolt Catch mechanism.
The replica’s ergonomics were increased thanks to the implementation of a modular pistol grip made from a durable and elastic nylon - it is one of the most advanced grips in AEG replicas. Due to its modular structure it allows for adapting its shape to the user’s preferences. An exchangeable front panel and three back panels will provide unmatched comfort and versatility.
The internal mechanism of the replica is based on the reinforced gearbox V2 mounted on 7 mm bearings. Quick Spring Change System allows for the adaptation of the replica to the current conditions on the battlefield in the blink of an eye. High-quality craftsmanship of internal parts allows this replica to achieve a muzzle velocity of ~390 FPS, which in combination with 405 mm long internal barrel makes it a truly universal combat tool. In order to ascertain the lifetime of the internal parts of the replica and to increase the reaction time of the trigger, the replica features a MOSFET module.
The replica comes with a polymer Hi-Cap magazine bearing TWS markings with a capacity of up to 370 BBs.
The set does not include a battery or a charger.
The set includes:
- replica
- magazine
- pistol grip panels
Battery included NiCd
rechargeable battery is characterized by high efficiency
current-carrying capacity, but there are disruptive effect on memory.
Should be unloaded and loaded in the full cycle, ie, it is recommended
to fully discharge, and after unloading must charge the battery
immediately without leaving it for a long time in a discharged state. | No |
Blow Back Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting. | No |

Muzzle velocity [FPS] It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second). 1 FPS = 0,3 m/s 1 J = 99 m/s 1 J = 326,7 FPS | 390 |
Fire mode | Full-auto Semi-auto |
Gearbox version Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3. | Gearbox v2 |
Hop-Up Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy). | Yes |
