The CM company's CM042A is another modified version of the legendary AK carbine
The replica was made of metal elements and ABS.
The profiled pistol grip, the tactical grip, the stock and the front grip with the magazine are made of plastic.
The barrel, the body, the iron aiming sights, the trigger and the trigger guard are made of metal.

2016-10-08This gun looks mean af, it's absolutely gorgeous and feels really amazing. The sound when it fires is spectacular. The battery it came with is a bit big though, like barely fits in the stock. Takes a while to get it in with all the wires and such. The battery measures about 155mm x 45mm x 22mm, which is huge for only a 1500mAh battery. Vertical front grip also wobbles a bit even if its fixed in place, but its not that big of a deal.
The box says it weighs 3600g not 3160g, firing range 50-60 meters. To sum up, the gun is absolutely amazing.

2011-12-08Really a good and hard shooting gun! The gun is heavy and solid, and is realistic to bear. The best thing of this gun, in my opinion, is that it has a brilliant hop-up, which makes the gun easily shoot 60 meters.
All in all this is a super gun, and I will surely recommend it to anyone, who needs a gun with good shooting skills.
