The F226 MK25 green-gas pistol replica is made almost fully of metal; only the pistol grip covering panels are made of plastic. The slide, which is equipped with carvings, operates very fluently and cocking the hammer allows to shorten the trigger route thanks to which it is possible to place a precise aimed shot. The hammer can be safety decocked with the use of a lever located on the left side over the magazine release lever.
There is a 22mm RIS rail located under the barrel allows the mount of additional accessories such as a flashlight or a laser target marker. Thanks to the compact built and good balancing, the replica is perfect for being a sidearm.
The two-row magazine holds 20 BB pellets which are shot with the muzzle velocity of about 210 FPS.
The set includes:
- the replica, - a magazine,
Blow Back
Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the
work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and
adds a lot more experience during shooting.

Muzzle velocity [FPS]
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
Great pistol for the price, durable and easy to use, but finding magazines for this pistol will be a nightmare. You have to check all over EU to find a extra magazine.
The P226 MK25 is identical to the pistol carried by the U.S. Navy SEALs, the fleet's special warfare operators. I think it was recently replaced with the Glock 19, but I am not sure. The real gun is one of the best in the world by all standards (it jams less than the Glock) and is thought to have won the XM9 trials in 1984.
This replica is extremely well built. I had the 226 by KJ Works and it was of inferior quality. That one was all metal and the valve knocker broke. The weight on this pistol is a little bit too much, but it is lighter than the real gun, so this does give the impression of a real firearm. It is top heavy as the slide is metal, the body is plastic, but this also improves accuracy. The barrel has no paint on the top part that fits the slide. It shoots well and is very accurate, but at 5m it shoots a few centimeters lower than the target. It has a DA/SA trigger and is meant to be carried loaded with a bb in the barrel. This means you load a full magazine, you pull the slide and then pull down on the decocking lever with your thumb. This will give you a first DA long and hard trigger pull. Subsequent SA trigger pulls are very light. It has no safety, but the trigger is the safety. You don't need a safety. Always buy a spare magazine.
I recommend WE and not Tokyo Marui because they shoot the same and are metal.
