„Free Gift with Order” - promotion terms and conditions

§1 General provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) define the rules of the promotion involving free gifts granted with orders placed in the Gunfire online store.
2. The organizer of the Promotion is GF Corp Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Jana Długosza 42–46, 51-162 Wrocław, Poland (the “Organizer”).

§2 Participants

1. The Promotion is addressed exclusively to individual customers (consumers).
2. Wholesale customers are excluded from participation in the Promotion.

§3 Rules for granting free gifts

1. A free gift is granted when a single order reaches the required minimum gross value, excluding shipping costs.
2. The order value thresholds are calculated based on the regular prices of products in the cart, excluding promotions, discounts, discount codes, or any other price reductions.
3. Thresholds and free gifts:

   • Armored Claw Tactile Ranger™ Leather Gloves - Coyote Brown (ACL-33-046708), value: 19.03 EURO OFFER EXPIRED
2. From 250.36 EUR – Specna Arms Backpack, value: 65,09 EUR.
3. From 375.54 EUR – Arcturus LWT MK-I CQB 10" AEG SPORT SE™ Airsoft Carbine - Black (ACR-01-044925), value: 162,73 EUR. OFFER EXPIRED
4. The free gift must be selected and added to the cart before placing the order, using the gift selection option available in the cart.
5. Failure to select a free gift before placing the order results in the loss of the right to receive it.
6. Free gifts cannot be exchanged for other products or for cash equivalents.

§4 Availability of free gifts

1. The Promotion is valid for an indefinite period, starting on 10.02.2026 at 5:00 PM (CET).
2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the available free gift for a given threshold or to terminate the Promotion in whole or in part due to product unavailability.

§5 Returns and withdrawal

1. If the Customer withdraws from the contract in whole or in part and the order value falls below the threshold entitling them to a free gift, the Customer is required to return the free gift as well.
2. If the free gift is not returned, the Organizer reserves the right to deduct its value from the refunded amount.
3. These provisions do not limit the statutory rights of consumers.

§6 Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order, for example via the form available at: https://gunfire.com/en/about/returns-and-complaints-832.html.
2. Complaints will be reviewed by the Organizer within 14 days of receipt.

§7 Final provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion for important reasons, in particular in the event of stock depletion, changes in legal regulations, or business decisions. Such changes shall not affect rights already acquired by Customers.
