„Free Gift with Order” - promotion terms and conditions

§1 General provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules of the promotion consisting of granting free gifts to orders placed via the Gunfire online store.
2. The organiser of the promotion is GF Corp Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Jana Długosza 42–46, 51-162 Wrocław, Poland (“Organiser”).

§2 Participants

1. The promotion is addressed exclusively to individual customers (consumers) acting outside the scope of their business activity.
2. Wholesale customers are excluded from participation in the promotion.

§3 Rules of the promotion

1. A free gift is granted where a single order reaches the required minimum gross value (excluding delivery costs), in accordance with the thresholds specified below.
2. The order value thresholds are calculated on the basis of regular prices of products included in the cart (i.e. prices excluding any promotions, discounts, discount codes or other price reductions). Delivery costs are not included in the threshold value.
3. The applicable thresholds and free gifts are as follows:
1. 62,59 € – S-Mag Mid-Cap magazine for 125 rounds Black (SPE-05-025717), value 12,52 €
2. 125,18 € – Specna Arms Flex™ MRM red dot sight Black (SPE-10-047080), value 25,03 €
3. 250,36 € – Specna Arms backpack, value 60,08 €
4. The free gift must be selected and added to the cart during the ordering process using the dedicated selection option available in the cart.
5. Failure to select a free gift before placing the order results in the loss of entitlement to receive it.
6. Free gifts are non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other monetary equivalent.

§4 Availability

1. The promotion is valid for an indefinite period starting from 08.04.2026, 3:00 PM CEST.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to change the free gift assigned to a given threshold or to terminate the promotion in whole or in part, in particular in the event of product unavailability.

§5 Right of withdrawal and returns

1. Where the Participant exercises the statutory right of withdrawal in respect of all or part of the order, and such withdrawal results in the order no longer meeting the threshold required to receive the free gift, the Participant shall also be obliged to return the free gift.
2. If the free gift is not returned, the Organiser reserves the right to deduct its value from the amount to be refunded.
3. The above provisions do not limit or exclude any statutory rights of the consumer under applicable law.

§6 Complaints

1. Complaints relating to the operation of the promotion may be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, including via the form available at: https://gunfire.com/en/about/returns-and-complaints-832.html.
2. Complaints shall be reviewed by the Organiser within 14 days from the date of receipt.

§7 Final provisions

The Organiser reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion for valid reasons, in particular in the event of stock depletion, changes in applicable law or justified business decisions. Such amendments shall not affect rights acquired by Participants prior to the changes.
