AAP01 Assassin at the special price - terms and conditions

§1

1. The purpose of the action named "AAP01 Assassin at the special price" (hereinafter referred to as the "Special Offer") is to offer a replica of the AAP01 Assassin pistol in black (AAR-02-029450) or brown (AAR-02-029447) color at the price of 2,24EUR/53,00Kč/2,20GBP/908Ft per piece to orders Fulfilling the conditions contained in points from 2 to 10 of this paragraph.
2. The Administrator of the Special Offer is Infinity Fund, based in Wrocław, Jana Długosza St., 42-46, 51-162 Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator ).
3. AAP01 Assassin pistol replica at the price of 2,24EUR/53,00Kč/2,20GBP/908Ft can be added only to orders containing a replica from the list of long replicas selected by the Administrator and available at this link. 
4. The AAP01 Assassin pistol replica priced at 2,24EUR/53,00Kč/2,20GBP/908Ft may be added only to orders placed during the Special Offer period.
5. Under the Special Offer, the customer may add one AAP01 Assassin pistol replica priced at 2,24EUR/53,00Kč/2,20GBP/908Ft to one replica from the list of long replicas.
6. In the case of adding only one replica from the list of long replicas, each subsequent replica of the AAP01 Assassin pistol will be at the regular price.
7. The customer may add to the cart any number of long replicas from the list of long replicas selected by the Administrator.
8. In the case of adding more long replicas from the list of long replicas selected by the Administrator, the customer may add more AAP01 Assassin replicas in the proportion of one long replica and one AAP01 Assassin replica; two long replicas and two AAP01 Assassin replicas, and so on.
9. Special Offer does not include shipping costs.
10. The Special Offer in the gunfire.com store is valid from 19.12.2022 from 8:00 am to 22.12.2022 until 12:00 pm.

§2

1. The Special Offer is directed exclusively at individual customers who are natural persons.

2. The Special Offer links with the Drop Zone offer.

3. The Special Offer links with the Christmas Madness offer.

4. The Special Offer is not linked to other promotions and discounts (except for promotions, which rules clearly indicate the possibility of joining with other promotions).

5. The price of the AAP01 Assassin at the special price in EUR and Kč may change during the Special Offer due to the changes of currency exchange rates.

§3

None of the underneath mentioned individuals may participate in this Special Offer: 
1. Wholesale Customers, 
2. Customers taking part in "United we are strong" special offer; these accounts are treated the same way individual accounts are.

 §4

A participant of the Special Offer may be any individual with full legal capacity and legal persons and organizational units without legal personality if they have the capacity to acquire rights and obligations, who meets the requirements stated in §1 and does not belong to a group of customers listed in §3. 

§5

The Special Offer includes orders placed on the Gunfire.com website during the duration of the Special offer, meeting its conditions, in particular the conditions stated in §1 of these Terms & Conditions. 

§6

In the event of a return of purchased products, the customer is also required to return the AAP01 Assassin pistol replica. If the customer doesn’t return the replica, the Administrator will be entitled to deduct the cost of that replica from the amount returned to the customer.

§7

A participant taking part in the Special Offer agrees to all the rules stated in these Regulations
