The Birthday Offer

TERMS AND REGULATIONS

General rules:

§1
The special offer titled "The Birthday Offer" is aimed at selling the products of Gunfire store at discounted prices.
2. The special offer, which is further mentioned in this terms and regulations as “the Offer”, is organized by GF Corp company with the headquarters in Wroclaw, 42-46 Jana Dlugosza Street, Wroclaw 51-162, further mentioned the Organizer.

§2
1. The offer is addressed to retail customers who are natural persons only.
2. The offer is available at www.gunfire.pl and starts on August 31st, 2017 at 1 p.m and lasts until further notice.
3. The offer cannot be combined with any other special offer or discount (until the terms and conditions of a further offer clearly demonstrates the ability of being combined with another one).
4. The offer is addressed to customers who have a valid and registered account at www.gunfire.pl.
The customer is allowed to take advantage of the special offer not earlier than in 3 months since registration (account creation).

§3
The people who must not take advantage of the offer are:
a) organizer's employees
b) other persons associated directly or indirectly with the preparation and the process of lasting of the offer
c) spouses, descendants, parents, siblings of persons listed in (a) and (b) subparagraphs
d) wholesale customers
e) customers who participate in the "United we are strong" special offer. They are treated as retail customers.

§4
A person who can become a participant of the offer is a person who meets the conditions set in the 1st subparahraph of the 2nd paragraph of the current terms and conditions document. Such a person may not be about to meet any of the conditions specified in §3 of the current terms and conditions.

§5
1. The offer covers all the orders which meet the above-mentioned conditions and are placed at www.gunfire.pl website over the course of the special offer lasting period.
2. During the time of lasting of the offer customer may provoke the 10% discount of the order by means of the individual discount code, given to them via email.
3. The discount code is valid for 14 days.
4. The discount code can be applied to full-price products only.
5. The discount code may be used just once in its lifetime.

§6
By becoming a participant of the offer, the person consents to the storage and processing of their personal data.

§7
The person who decide to take part in the offer agrees to all the terms contained in these terms and conditions.

§8
The organizer reserves the right to invalidate, terminate, or cancel the offer at any time.
