BLACK DEALS OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

§1

1. The purpose of the promotion called "Black Deals" is a discount sale of Gunfire store goods.

2. The organizer of the promotional action, hereinafter referred to as the promotion, is the company Infinity Fund based in Wrocław, Jana Długosza Street, 42-46, 51-162 Wrocław, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

§2

1. The Promotion is addressed exclusively to individual customers who are natural persons with full legal capacity.

2. The Promotion is introduced in the online store www.gunfire.com on 3.11.2023 from 10:00 a.m. CET to 24.11.2023 until 5:00 a.m. CET.

3. The promotion does not combine with other promotions, discount codes and discounts except for Black Month promotion.

§5

1. The Promotion shall include products selected by the Organizer and available on the website indicated by the Organizer.

2. The Promotion consists of a number of time-limited product discounts.

3. within the discounts Organzator will reduce the price of one selected product. Offers are made available several times a week. The offer does not combine with discount codes and discounts.

4 The list of days on which the organizer will make available discounts on selected products is as follows:

  • Black Deal 1 - 3.11 from 10:00 a.m. to 5.11 until 11:59 p.m.
  • Black Deal 2 - 6.11 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
  • Black Deal 3 - 8.11 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
  • Black Deal 4 - 10.11 from 10:00 a.m. to 12.11 until 11:59 p.m.
  • Black Deal 5 - 13.11 from 10:00 a.m. to 15.11 until 5:00 a.m.
  • Black Deal 6 - 15.11 from 10:00 a.m. to 17.11 until 5:00 a.m.
  • Black Deal 7 - 17.11 from 10:00 a.m. to 20.11 until 5:00 a.m.
  • Black Deal 8 - 20.11 from 10:00 a.m. to 22.11 until 5:00 a.m.
  • Black Deal 9 - 22.11 from 10:00 a.m. to 24.11 until 5:00 a.m.

5.Products participating in the promotion will be announced each time by the Organizer on www.gunfire.com.

6. The amount of product discounted in a given Black Deal promotion is limited.

§6

1. The Promotion shall be conducted until all products included in the Promotion are sold out or until the end of the Promotion's duration, whichever event occurs first.

2. The Organizer, in the situation of depletion of stocks, reserves the right to end the promotional action before the deadline.
