Free Backpack - Terms and conditions
§ 1.
1. These Terms and conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for participating in the "Free Backpack" promotion in the Gunfire online store.
2. The organizer of the promotional campaign, hereinafter referred to as the Promotion, is GF Corp with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Jana Długosza 42-46, 51-162 Wrocław, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
§ 2.
1. The Promotion is addressed exclusively to individual customers, who are natural persons with full legal capacity.
2. Promotional codes are valid for the period indicated in the promotional announcement (e.g., in the newsletter, on the store’s website, or on social media).
3. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, special products, or discounts (except for promotions whose terms expressly allow combining with other promotions).
§ 3.
1. Wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
§ 4.
1. A participant in the Promotion is any person who meets the conditions specified in §2 point 1 of these Terms and for whom the exclusions described in §3 of these Terms do not apply.
§ 5.
1. The subject of this Promotion is the Specna Arms Backpack. To receive the backpack for free, the Customer must place an order with a value of at least 200,00 EUR or the equivalent amount in PLN/CZK/HUF, calculated according to the exchange rate applicable on the day of purchase (the EUR conversion rate to other currencies is determined by the seller and may be subject to change).
2. To receive the free item, the Participant must add the backpack to the cart while placing the order, selecting it from the list of available gifts and clicking “Choose this gift”.
3. The Organizer states that the method of adding the freebie to the order described in paragraph 2 above is the only valid method of receiving the Freebie indicated in paragraph 1 above.
4. The order value thresholds specified in paragraph 1 above do not include shipping costs.
5. When an order exceeding the applicable threshold specified in paragraph 1 above is added to the cart, the order price or the price of selected products in the order will automatically be reduced by 0,01 EUR / 0,01 PLN / 0,01 CZK / 1 HUF, and the freebie will be charged at 0,01 EUR / 0,01 PLN / 0,01 CZK / 1 HUF.
6. Failure to select or add a freebie while placing the order means forfeiting the right to it. After the order is placed, the Customer may not demand the freebie or its equivalent.
§ 6.
1. If the Participant exercises the right of withdrawal from the contract (pursuant to Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act), resulting in the order value falling below the required threshold, the freebie must also be returned, unless the Participant effectively withdraws from the contract due to a defect in the goods.
2. In the situation described in paragraph 1 above, the Participant is not entitled to exchange the freebie for a cheaper one, even if the order value still exceeds the lower threshold.
3. The above provisions do not in any way limit the Participant’s rights to withdraw from a distance contract, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
§ 7.
1. Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods, for example using the form available at https://gunfire.com/en/about/returns-and-complaints-832.html. A complaint should include: the name, surname, and correspondence address of the complainant, as well as a description of the basis of the complaint and the request addressed to the Organizer.
2. Complaints will be reviewed by the Organizer within 14 days of receipt.
3. The Participant will be informed of the outcome of the complaint review via a reply sent either in writing or to the email address from which the complaint was submitted, depending on the method chosen by the Participant when submitting the complaint.
4. In reviewing complaints, the Organizer relies on the content of these Terms and applicable provisions of Polish law. Regardless of the complaint procedure, the Participant retains the right to pursue claims before a common court and the right to out-of-court dispute resolution under the Act of 23 September 2016.
5. The provisions of §7 apply only to complaints concerning the Promotion itself and do not in any way limit consumer rights related to defective goods purchased under the Promotion.
6. In the event of a complaint regarding a purchased product, the Customer is also obliged to return all additional products (freebies) received under the Promotion or purchase. Failure to return freebie products may result in their value being deducted from the refund amount.
§ 8.
1. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time for important reasons, in particular in the event of stock depletion, changes in legal regulations, or a business decision.
