Free delivery 11.11 - terms & conditions

Regulations:

§1

1. The aim of the special offer known under the name of "Free delivery 11.11" (hereinafter referred to as „Special Offer”) is free delivery of products ordered on November 11, 2019.
2. The administrator of the offer is the Infinity Fund located at ul. Jana Długosza, 42-46, 51-162, Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as „ Administrator”).
3. The Special Offer includes only orders with delivery to countries to which Gunfire.com sells and delivers its products. Details can be found here: https://gunfire.com/en/about/shipping-costs-403.html
4. The Special Offer includes services of all delivery companies cooperating with the Administrator.
5. The Special Offer includes only prepaid orders with the value exceeding 111 EUR.
6. The Special Offer does not include shipping with the Saturday Delivery option.

§2

1. The Special Offer is directed exclusively at individual customers who are natural persons.
2. The Special Offer is introduced in the online shop www.gunfire.com starting from 00:01 till 23:59 CET on November 11, 2019.
3. The Special Offer is not linked to other promotions and discounts (except for promotions, which rules clearly indicate the possibility of joining with other promotions).
 
§3

None of the underneath mentioned individuals may participate in this Special Offer:
1. the Administrator's employees,
2. other individuals linked personally or impersonally to preparing and administrating the Special Offer,
3. relatives to individuals named in the above § 3, pt. 1. and 2.,
4. wholesale Customers,
5. Customers taking part in "United we are strong" special offer; these accounts are treated the same way individual accounts are.

§4

A participant of the Special Offer may be any individual with full legal capacity and legal persons and organizational units without legal personality if they have the capacity to acquire rights and obligations, who meets the requirements stated in §2.1 and does not belong to a group of customers listed in §3.

§5

The Special Offer includes orders placed on the Gunfire.com website during the duration of the Special offer, meeting its conditions, in particular the conditions stated in §1 these Terms & Conditions.

§6

A participant taking part in the Special Offer agrees to all the rules stated in these Regulations.
