Months of free delivery at Gunfire - terms & conditions

Terms and Conditions of the Promotion:

§1

1. The purpose of the promotion titled "Months of Free Delivery at Gunfire" (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotional Campaign”) is to offer free delivery of products purchased from the gunfire.com store from November 6, 2023, starting at 11:00 AM CET, until January 2, 2024, until 2:00 PM CET.

2. The organizer of the Promotional Campaign is Infinity Fund, located in Wrocław, at Jana Długosza Street, 42-46, 51-162 Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).

3. Free shipping as part of the Promotional Campaign includes the services of GLS and UPS.

4. Free shipping as part of the Promotional Campaign includes only prepaid orders whose value exceeds 350 EUR excluding shipping costs.

5. Free shipping as part of the Promotional Campaign does not include shipping with the option of Saturday delivery, UPS Saver and special delivery.

6. The Promotional Campaign applies only to orders placed from November 6, 2023, starting at 11:00 AM CET, until January 2, 2024, until 2:00 PM CET at the gunfire.com store and includes only covering the shipping costs of the Products by the Organizers.

§2

1. The Promotional Campaign is directed exclusively to individual customers, who are natural persons.

2. The Promotional Campaign is introduced to the gunfire.com online store starting from November 6, 2023, at 11:00 AM, until January 2, 2024, at 2:00 PM.

3. The Promotional Campaign is combined with promotions available on the www.gunfire.com website.

§3

Wholesale customers may not participate in the Promotional Campaign.

§4

A participant in the Promotional Campaign becomes a person who meets the conditions specified in point 1 of paragraph 2 of these Terms and Conditions and in whose case the prerequisites specified in §3 of these Terms and Conditions do not occur.

§5

In the Promotional Campaign, orders placed on the gunfire.com website during the campaign period, meeting its conditions, and in particular the conditions contained in points 3, 5, 6, and 7 of paragraph 1 of these Terms and Conditions, participate.

§6

By participating in the Promotional Campaign, the participant agrees to the storage and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Organizer's Store Regulations.

§7

A participant taking part in the Promotional Campaign agrees to all the rules contained in these Terms and Conditions.

§8

The Organizer reserves the right to invalidate, interrupt, or cancel the promotional campaign at any time.
