Terms & Conditions
1. Specna Arms Quick Spring Change Competition ("Competition") is conducted by the GF Corp Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. K.
z siedzibą we Wrocławiu, ul. Jana Długosza, 42-46, 51-162 Wrocław, NIP: 895-204-44-11,
REGON: 361501099, KRS: 0000556946 (“Organizer ").
2. Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Organizer form part of these terms and conditions.
3. The Competition is open to individuals who:
a) are citizens of the member states of the European Union
b) are citizens of states on which territory airsoft is legal
c) are not employees of the Organizer or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; ("Participant").
4. The Competition will last four days and consists of eight rounds:
Thursday 12/04/2018:
a) Round 1 starts at 09:00 pm and closes at 14:00 pm.
Friday 13/04/2018:
a) Round 1 starts at 09:00 pm and closes at 12:00 pm.
5. There is no cost to enter the Competition.
6. To enter, Participant must visit Gunfire stand at Border War ( https://www.borderwar.cz/sites/ )
8. Participants must include their full name, email, country and postcode.
7. The main task of the Competition is to change spring in the replica as fast as possible. The replica will be prepared by the Organizer. The time will be measured by the stand service and on the timer.
9. Participants’ results from each round will be put on the scoreboard.
10. At the end of each round the results will be compared. Participant with the best result will win the prize.
11. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
THE PRIZE AND THE WINNER
11. A single winner (“Winner”) will be selected at the end of each round:
12. The prizes in the Competition are airsoft replicas for the winners of each round.
13. The prizes are as followed:
a) Specna Arms SA-C06 carbine replica 2pcs
14. All prizes were funded by Specna Arms.
15. All Winners receive vouchers. The voucher is confirmation of the victory and is necessary to receive the prize.
15. The Organizer will notify the winner when and where the prize will be delivered within thirty work days of the Competition via email if not present at the end of the round.
16. To receive the prize the Winner has to submit their full name, email, country and postcode. These information must be sent to bok@gunfire.com
17. Winners from following countries have to meet special requirements in to order to receive the prize:
a) Netherlands - because of the legal status of airsoft in Netherlands, the Winner will have to provide a vivid copy (scan or photography) of the NABV membership card. This document must be sent to nabv@gun-fire.com. Failure to provide such documents will result in not rewarding the prize.
b) United Kingdom - because of the legal status of airsoft in UK, the Winner will have to provide a valid UKARA number. This number must be sent to bok@gunfire.com
c) Germany – the replicas can’t be shipped to this county to the law restrictions.
19. The Organizer will cover the shipping to country of the winner.
SAFETY ISSUES
GENERAL
20. The Participant grants these rights to the Organizer which are perpetual.
21. If for any reason the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes), the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition.
22. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of the Prize.
23. All of the Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. If for any reason any the Prize becomes not capable of being delivered to the Winner for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control the Promoter will have no obligation to provide a similar prize to the Winner or otherwise compensate the Winner in any way.
24. All Participants enter the Competition at their own risk and the Winner accepts the Prize at they own risk. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for and indemnify the Promoter in respect of any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Participant in connection with the Competition or Prize, including without limitation:
a. any indirect, economic or consequential loss;
b. any liability for personal injury or death.
25. All Participants consent, by entering the Competition to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of them) in any media at any time or times without compensation, financial or otherwise, for the purpose of promoting this Competition., the Promoter and/or any of the Promoter's products.
26. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash..
CONSENT TO DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.
27. The Participant acknowledges and permits the Organizer during and after the Competition to:
• collect, store, handle, access, manage, transfer, use and disclose personal information about the Participant, including name, suburb, age and image, in connection with the Content.
• contact the Participant for any reason related to the Competition or other activities of the Promoter.
