Stack Deals - terms & conditions

§1
1. The aim of the special offer known under the name of „Stack Deals" (hereinafter referred to as "Special Offer") is a discount for chosen products.
2. The administrator of the Special Offer is the Infinity Fund located at ul. Jana Długosza, 42-46, 51-162, Wrocław, further known as Administrator.

§2
1. The Special Offer is directed exclusively at individual customers who are natural persons.
2. The Special Offer is introduced in the online shop www.gunfire.com starting from 5.05.2023 from 13:00 CET till 15.05.2023 till 13:00 CET.
3. The Special Offer is not linked to other promotions, discount codes and discounts (except for promotions, which rules clearly indicate the possibility of joining with other promotions).
4. Any information about the Special Offer available on advertising graphics is for informational purposes only.

§3
None of the underneath mentioned individuals may participate in the Special Offer: 
1. Wholesale Customers,
2. Customers taking part in "United we are strong" special offer; these accounts are treated the same way individual accounts are.

§4
A participant of the Special Offer may be any individual with full legal capacity and legal persons and organizational units without legal personality if they have the capacity to acquire rights and obligations, who meets the requirements stated in §2.1 and does not belong to a group of customers listed in §3.

§5

1. Only products selected by the Administrator, and available on the website indicated by the Administrator, participate in the Special Offer.

2. The sale consists of lowering the prices of the selected goods by up to 13%, 16%, or 20%.

3. The level of discount granted depends on the number of pieces of the same products added to the cart.

4. Levels of discount are assigned as follows:

• Discount of up to 13% is granted for 3 - 5 pieces of the same product
• Discount of up to 16% is granted for 6 - 10 pieces of the same product
• Discount of up to 20% is granted on 11 and more pieces of the same product.

5.  Discount is granted on multiple numbers (amount) of only one product and not on the sum of the number of different products.

6. The discount is calculated in the shopping cart after reaching the number (amount) of products assigned to the particular level of discount.

7. The discount is increased or decreased automatically after changing the number of pieces of a particular product in the cart.

8. The discount resulting from this Special Offer shall not be combined with other discounts resulting from other promotions, loyalty cards, and the like.

§6 
The administrator holds the right to stop the special offer before the end date due to exhaustion of stocks.
