§1 General Provisions

1. The Promotion consists of reducing the prices of selected products from the “Tactical Equipment” category available in the Gunfire online store, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. The organizer of the Promotion is GF Corp Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Jana Długosza 42-46, 51-162 Wrocław, Poland, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
3. These Terms and Conditions do not limit any consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of applicable law.

§2 Duration and Participants of the Promotion

1. The Promotion is intended for individual customers who are natural persons.
2. Wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
3. The Promotion is conducted in the www.gunfire.com online store from 21 August 2026 at 10:00 AM until 14 September 2026 at 12:00 PM.
4. The Promotion applies only to orders successfully placed during the Promotion period.

§3 Promotion Rules

1. The Promotion applies exclusively to selected products from the “Tactical Equipment” category marked in the Store with a promotional price or another indication showing that the product is included in the Promotion.
2. As part of the Promotion, the prices of selected products are reduced by up to 50%.
3. No discount code is required to participate in the Promotion. The promotional price is displayed directly on the product page and is reflected in the Cart before the order is placed.
4. The amount of the discount may vary depending on the product included in the Promotion.
5. The price binding on the Participant is the price displayed in the Cart at the time the order is successfully placed using the “Order and Pay” button.
6. Information on the prices of products included in the Promotion, including information on the lowest price applicable during the 30 days prior to the introduction of the price reduction, is displayed in accordance with applicable law.

§4 Combining Promotions

1. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes or discounts, unless the Store expressly states otherwise in relation to a given promotion or in the Cart.
2. If the terms and conditions of another promotion expressly allow it to be combined with this Promotion, the rules specified in the terms and conditions of that promotion shall apply.

§5 Product Availability and Changes to the Scope of the Promotion

1. The Promotion remains valid until the end date specified in §2 section 3 or until stocks of individual products included in the Promotion are exhausted.
2. During the Promotion, the Organizer may change the list of products included in the Promotion, in particular by adding new products or ending the Promotion for products that are out of stock or have been withdrawn from sale.
3. Changes to the scope of the Promotion do not affect orders successfully placed before the relevant change was introduced.
4. The depletion of stock of one product included in the Promotion does not automatically end the Promotion in relation to the remaining products.

§6 Complaints Regarding the Promotion

1. Complaints regarding the course of the Promotion, in particular complaints concerning incorrect application of the promotional price, may be submitted using the form available at: www.gunfire.com/en/about/returns-and-complaints-832.html.
2. Complaints regarding the course of the Promotion will be reviewed by the Organizer within 14 days of receipt.
3. The provisions of this section do not limit the consumer’s statutory rights relating to complaints concerning goods, in particular rights arising from a lack of conformity of the goods with the contract.

§7 Final Provisions

1. The Organizer may end the Promotion before the scheduled end date only for valid reasons, in particular in the event of depletion of stocks of products included in the Promotion, technical issues preventing the proper operation of the Promotion, or changes in applicable law.
2. Early termination or amendment of the Promotion does not affect the rights of Participants arising from orders successfully placed before such termination or amendment was introduced.
3. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable law.
