Terms & Conditions of PRIME – Free gift with order
§ 1. Definitions
The terms used in these regulations mean:
1. Organizer – Infinity Fund Limited Liability Company Limited Partnership based in Wrocław at Jana Długosza 42-46, 51-162 Wrocław, for which the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register, maintains the registration files in the entrepreneurs' register under the number 0000562916, REGON 361782081, NIP 8952046284, BDO number: 000145264.
2. Products – Prime replicas offered by the Organizer on the Website, with the following product codes:

3. Free gift – products in the form of Tracer Specna Arms (SPE-09-032548), a limited t-shirt size L/XL (randomly selected), a sticker sheet, which the Participant will receive as a gift, but they will be charged on the invoice for the amount of €0,01 (PLN 0,01), thus the order value will be automatically reduced by €0,01 (PLN 0,01).
4. Participant - an adult natural person, having full legal capacity, purchasing a product as a consumer within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code ("A consumer is any natural person performing a legal act which is not directly related to his business or professional activity.").
5. Website – the WWW page at the address https://gunfire.com maintained by the Organizer for the current handling of the promotion and communication with the Participant in matters related to the promotion, whose main domain points to the online store where the promotion is conducted.
§ 2. General Provisions
1. The Promotion is conducted under the rules specified in these terms and conditions.
2. The promotion is conducted from 30.09.2024, starting at 12:00 PM, until the stock of Free Gifts runs out.
3. The purpose of the promotion is to enable the purchase of a promotional Product with a Free Gift.
§ 3. Promotion Rules
1. The subject of the promotion covered by these regulations is a Free Gift added to the order with the Product.
2. To take advantage of the promotion, the Participant must add the Product to the cart during the purchase process and enter the "PRIME" in the order comments, and the Free Gift will be added to the order when the order is handed over for processing.
3. The Organizer stipulates that the method of adding the Free Gift to the order described in point 2 above is the only correct way to receive the Free Gift mentioned in point 1 above.
4. After adding the Product to the cart, the order price or the price of one of the selected Products in the given order will automatically be reduced by €0,01 (PLN 0,01), and the price of the Free Gift will be set at €0,01 (PLN 0,01).
§ 4. Promotion Limitations
1. The promotion applies only to the first 10 (ten) orders for Products paid exclusively via:
1) PayU (including quick online transfer, payment card);
2) PayPal.
2. Orders for Products paid via the following methods are excluded from the promotion:
1) traditional bank transfer;
2) installment payments;
3) cash on delivery;
4) Twisto with deferred payment.
3. If the Participant exercises their right to withdraw from the contract (according to Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act), the Free Gift must also be returned unless the Participant withdraws from the contract due to a product defect.
4. The above provisions in no way limit the Participant's rights to withdraw from a distance contract, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
5. The "PRIME – Free Gift with order" promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
6. Due to the definition of a Participant, participation in the promotion is not allowed based on a purchase that is not made as a consumer. Such purchases are considered orders directly related to the buyer's business activity ("on behalf of a company"), especially orders:
1) where the option "I am buying on behalf of a company" is selected;
2) where the option "I am buying as a private individual" is selected, but then the option "I want to provide different billing information" is selected and the buyer's NIP (tax identification number) is provided;
3) where the purchase is made by a company, even if the company's NIP is not provided;
4) where after placing the order (even after receiving the goods), the buyer requests a VAT invoice and provides their NIP;
5) where the buyer, claiming to be a consumer, purchases many products in a short time (especially if they are the same products), in a manner deviating from the usual buying habits of consumers;
6) where the buyer, claiming to be a consumer, resells the ordered item for profit after completing the order.
If the purchase (order) as described above is not made by the buyer as a consumer, even if the buyer claims to be a consumer, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse to accept the order under the promotional terms, suspend the fulfillment of such an order (purchase), or demand payment for the order without the promotional conditions – especially if, after the delivery of the ordered item, the Organizer learns circumstances indicating that the buyer did not act as a consumer.
§ 5. Complaints
1. Complaints regarding the promotion can be submitted no later than 30.03.2025, in any form, e.g., using the form available on the website https://gunfire.com/en/about/returns-and-complaints-832.html. The complaint should include: the name, surname, and correspondence address of the person submitting the complaint, as well as a description of the basis for the complaint and the request to the Organizer.
2. Complaints will be handled by the Organizer within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
3. The Participant will be informed of the complaint resolution via the same method used to submit the complaint, either in writing or to the email address from which the complaint was submitted.
4. When considering complaints, the Organizer relies on these regulations and applicable Polish law. Regardless of the possibility of initiating a complaint procedure, the Participant has the right to pursue claims in common court and to out-of-court dispute resolution.
5. The provisions of § 5 apply exclusively to complaints related to the promotion and do not limit the consumer's rights related to identifying a defect in the purchased items within the promotion.
§ 6. Personal Data Protection
1. Participants' personal data is processed for the purpose of conducting the promotion described in these regulations. Personal data of Participants who submitted a complaint regarding the promotion is processed to handle their complaints.
2. The Participant has the right to access their data, correct it, delete it, limit its processing, and transfer it, as well as submit a complaint regarding data processing.
3. In other respects, the processing of Participants' personal data for the promotion is governed by the Privacy and Data Processing Rules of the Gunfire online store, available at https://gunfire.com/en/privacy-and-cookie-notice.html.
§ 7. Final Provisions
1. These terms and conditions come into effect on 30.09.2024.
2. The regulations will be available during the promotion period at the Organizer's headquarters and on the Website:

If necessary to achieve the promotion's purpose and protect the rights of other Participants to take advantage of the promotion, the Organizer has the right to conduct an investigation to remove any doubts regarding the identity of the person placing the order, the connection of the order with business activity, the authenticity of the personal data provided in the order, or the compliance of the person’s actions with these regulations. The Organizer may, in particular, ask the person who placed the order to provide additional information and/or make statements related to participation in the promotion within 7 days of receiving the request, e.g., whether the purchase was actually made for purposes not directly related to business activity.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to end the promotion when stock runs out.
