The Specna Arms SA-A33 ONE™ Kestrel™ ETU
The Kestrel Module™ V2 Basic ETU by Eshooter is an advanced ETU system featuring ease of use, robustness and functionality. The Kestrel™ V2 Basic is programmable with trigger pulls, works with both brush and brushless motors in High Speed and High Torque configurations and increases the reliability of the replica and protects internal parts in the event of overloads due to motor damage or battery drain.
Kestrel system features™ Basic:
- Binary trigger. The Replica will fire when the trigger is pressed, and another shot will be fired when the trigger is released.
- Pre-cocking programmable in 5 stages with piston position learning function (feature requires several single shots after battery connection for calibration).
- Active Break. The replica performs a full cycle with each shot, so that no unnecessary overload is created in the GB due to performing part of the cycle.
- Locked Rotor Protection, The feature protects the inside of the replica in case of damage to the motor.
- Battery Drain Protection. Battery Drain Protection. The motor vibrates, the blue LED illuminates five times to indicate battery discharge.
- Low/ High Voltage Protection. The module detects the number of battery cells and adjusts operation to different numbers of cells and voltages from 6V to 17V.
Airsoft rifle Specna Arms SA-A33 ONE™ Kestrel™ ETU
Replica of the SA-A33 carbine of the Specna Arms brand has been made predominantly from a uniform zinc-aluminium alloy, with the use of steel elements in the most critical points of the replica (so all screws, pins and the tactical sling handle are steel). The stock and pistol grip are made of polymer polymer. The body of the replica and the RIS rail assembly have been subjected to the anodising process, which guarantees a high degree of protection of the replica against corrosion. The painting of the replica itself was done by a powder coating process, after the surface had been sandblasted. This ensures that the applied paint is much more abrasion-resistant than usual.
The replica has been very well-fitted - in a way that has so far been seen almost exclusively in G&P or Classic Army manufacturers - and perfectly balanced. This ensures almost ideal manoeuvrability of the replica, while its weight is, moreover, almost imperceptible once the replica is placed against the shoulder.
The replica uses a fast spring change system, the so-called Enter & Convert™. This allows for quick and efficient adjustment of the replica's power to the conditions expected on the field of play without the need for access to a workshop or a number of specialised tools - after removing the gearbox from the body of the replica, the spring replacement process itself takes literally seconds.
The advantages of the Enter & Convert™ system are difficult to overestimate. In light of the prevailing trend across Europe towards legal limits on replica discharge velocity and the arrangements that exist within the environments themselves, this system guarantees the user considerable options and a great deal of freedom. The Enter & Convert™ system allows with a minimum of time to replace the main spring and thus to adapt the replica's exit velocity to the playing area so as to guarantee an ideal compromise between the effectiveness of the firearm and the safety of yourself and other players.
The replica has been fully adapted to work with battery types LiPo and LiFe. With a base initial discharge velocity of around ~410 FPS guaranteed by the factory-installed mainspring, the replica is ideal for medium range operations. Also included is a M90-type spring which reduces the initial velocity to ~310 FPS making the replica perfectly suited for short-range or indoor operations.
The gearbox, reinforced at cylinder head height, conceals a steel spring guide that is part of the Enter & Convert™ system and mounted on 8mm ball bearings and washers steel 16:1 gears made using CNC equipment. The system is secured with four anti-reverse pawls. The lightweight polycarbonate piston is fitted with a steel tooth to increase its strength. It also uses cylinder type 2 and steel cut-off lever as well as polymer hop-up chamber.
The replica also features a Specna Arms Dark Matter™ brushless motor (27000RPM).
Upgraded version has a number of new reinforced parts such as:
- a set of reinforced steel gears
- a steel spring guide
- a lightweight polymer piston
- a sealed aluminium piston head
- a sealed metal cylinder head
- a sealed metal nozzle
The Upgraded version is fitted with a 22mm dorsal RIS rail, a set of front MLOK rails and an adjustable buttstock. A flip-up sighting device has been fitted on the upper RIS rail, but can be freely replaced by any optoelectronic sighting device. Thanks to an extendable buttstock finished with a foot with an anti-slip texture, it is possible to adjust the length of the replica to the shooter's build and preferences. The flame suppressor is mounted on a 14-mm left-hand thread, which makes it possible to attach a sound suppressor in its place.
To increase the realism of the gameplay, the replica is also equipped with a functioning breech release.
The replica also comes with a hi-cap magazine that holds 300 rounds.
The Specna Arms replicas are compatible with many magazines available on the market, including.Manufacturers such as:

Gearbox version Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3. | Gearbox v2 |
