ASR111 SDU2.0 Carbine Replica
The ASR111 carbine replica by APS is an innovative product equipped with a gearbox bearing the brand name "E-Silver Edge". The ASR111 is built on the basis of a construction typical of the family of popular American rifles and equipped with a shortened RAS Guardian RTS assembly and a free-float steel outer barrel (the so-called free-float barrel system). The top RIS rail allows for attaching optical sight devices, such as a scope or a red dot sight, but by default the replica comes with mechanical flip-up sights, precisely made of durable composite plastic, the so-called APS Rhino Iron Sights. The sights deserve special attention - they allow you to fire the replice both from a high and low a profile, thanks to the possibility of setting the sights in two positions.
The RAS Guardian RTS (Rail Transformation System) itself is probably the most characteristic feature of the replica. The rail allows for full adaptation to the individual needs of the operator. RIS rail segments can be connected to the RTS in usual positions (top, bottom, right, left) as well as in intermediate settings (left-top, right-bottom etc.). The replica comes with a RIS rail with a QD mounting point and a QD swing swivel and an angled tactical grip.
The heart of the replica is the new Silver Edge gearbox with the SDU2.0 system, i.e. a fully programmable mosfet system. Designed and made in an innovative and more user-friendly way. It is equipped with a quick spring change system that allows the user to change the muzzle velocity of the projectile without having to open up the gearbox. Apart from that, the design is fully compatible with most of the TM v.2 standard tuning and replacement parts available on the market, which allows for easy tuning of the replica.
The reinforced gears are mounted on 8 mm metal bearings. The electrical system consists of silver-plated, low-resistance wiring that ensures stable operation, and the replica's motor is equipped with a metal core. The cylinder and the precision inner barrel with a diameter of 6.04 mm are made out of stainless steel.
The replica is designed to work with 7.4V - 11.1V batteries. (not included)
