Replica of CM16 Predator carbine
Replica of CM16 Predator carbine produced by G&G was made within the framework of theCombat Machine project, the aim of which is to provide high-class replicas at a price that can be considered economical. The Combat Machine replicas are characterised by the nhighest quality of workmanship and workmanship characteristic of the G&G company and the high quality of the materials used. The main factor thus allowing the price to be reduced is the use of a body made of high-quality plastic, instead of metal. It is also important to note that the body itself is made of glass fibre-reinforced plastic - as are the front grip and stock and almost all the plastic components. Metal, on the other hand, is used for the external barrel, the stock guide, the strikers, the magazine housing and most of the small parts.
The rifle is ideally suited for medium-range operations due to its discharge velocity of ~410 FPS. The applied dorsal RIS rail allows the attachment of any aiming optical device, while the telescopic, accommodating rechargeable buttstock makes it possible to adapt the replica to the individual preferences of the user. The set includes a set of folding, mechanical sighting devices of flip-up type.
GB, in addition to the high quality parts typical of G&G, has an innovative ETU (Electronic Trigger Unit) system installed. The system completely replaces the connector and supplements the role of the MOSFET. Thanks to the electronic trigger operation, the system has gained an excellent trigger response. Each press of the trigger results in a full GB cycle.
The ETU system has programmable firing modes. Basically, the user has access to SAFE - SEMI - and a choice of FULL AUTO or 3-shot burst modes. Programming is trivial - simply set the selector to the SEMI position and hold down the trigger for approximately 10 seconds. After this, the mode will change on the third selector setting.
The kit does not include a battery or charger.
The price of the replica does not include the optional accessories shown in some of the photos. The composition of the kit can be found below.
