CZ 805 BREN A1 Assault Rifle Replica
A uniquely original CZ 805 BREN A1 assault rifle replica made under full license by Česká zbrojovka a.s. by ASG. The receiver was made from metal, similarly to mounting rails, fire mode selector plate and external barrel. The lower part of the receiver consisting of a pistol grip and a magazine socket made from very elastic polymer with an interesting, rough texture. Similar case concerns the stock and the stock slide. In order to manufacture elements that join the replica, such as pins, screws as well as the flash hider or the shell ejection window cover, the manufacturer has used steel, which is always a nice looking addition.
The replica contains a gearbox V3 with a reinforced metal skeleton that conceals a polycarbonate piston and its perforated head (during air compression, a seal is pressed against the sides of the piston, which results in its better tightness).Steel gears are mounted on 7 mm bearings. Parts of the entire construction fit very well together and the fact that it is a gearbox V3 allows the user to rest easily and not to worry about the availability of parts or their compatibility.
The hand guard of the replica has 3 removable Picatinny rails, which enable expansion of the replica with additional accessories. The very same rail has been attached along the entire top of the replica. At stock the rail includes adjustable flip-up iron sights made from polymer. We can of course remove and replace them with optics of choice, compatible with 22 mm rail.
The replica was made for both left- and right-handed users. This is expressed by a double-sided fire mode selector plate and the possibility of putting the charging handle to the other side. This simplifies disassembly of the replica after removal of several pins. The stock is foldable to the right side and has 5 settings. The battery (stick) is located inside the receiver. Access to the battery slot is gained after the detachment of the stock. The same place features a screw that when removed allows to rapidly change the spring without having to disassemble the gearbox. This allows to customize the replica to any conditions and requirements of a battlefield in the blink of an eye. The replica comes with a polymer, Hi-Cap magazine with a capacity of up to 550 BBs.
