GR16 Viper carbine replica
The replica is made in black color. It is perfect to operate on short and middle distances due to the applied M120 main spring which provides the muzzle velocity of about 415 FPS. The applied top RIS mounting rail allows the attachment of any free optical sight. Moreover, thanks to the full RIS set which is located in the place of the front grip it is possible to attach additional tactical gear such as a vertical grip, a flashlight, a laser target marker and so on.
The use of the front iron aiming sight which is integrated with the RIS rail is an interesting solution. The set also includes a rear iron aiming sight which is mounted on the RIS rail.
The battery is located inside the Patriot type stock. Thanks to the great amount of space available inside of the stock, it is possible to use the power source which is rather big - and what is followed by this - very capacious.
Thanks to the small size and compact built, the Viper carbine replica is perfect for a substitute of a sub-machinegun, a PDW or a "last chance" weapon for the sniper. It is especially well functioning as a secondary weapon - even though a rather uncomfortable stock construction, this solution allows to significantly decrease the size and weight, minimized the probability of hooking into a tactical equipment and, finally, allowed to shoot from almost every position.
The carbine uses a phenomenal Blow-Back system known from the Top Tech replicas ( a more “professional” and, of course, more expensive G&G replicas series), which adds additional realism while using the replica and provides the user himself additional experiences.
The Pneumatic Blow-Back system operates on the basis of venting some of the compressed air from the gearbox to a special cylinder that is located above its grams. The piston that is located in the PBB cylinder moves the thick plate that is attached to it and that imitated the bolt carrier.
ATTENTION: the manufacturer does not recommend the use of batteries stronger than 8,4V due to the fact of the possible damage to the aforementioned plate.
The G&G replicas equipped with the PBB system have got a reinforced modified V2 gearbox. The modifications are: the adaptation of the gearbox to the PBB system and adding the “active spring release” in the form of the actuator.
The set includes:
- the replica,
- the magazine,
- a RIS iron aiming sight,
Blow Back Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting. | Yes |

Muzzle velocity [FPS] It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second). 1 FPS = 0,3 m/s 1 J = 99 m/s 1 J = 326,7 FPS | 360 |
Fire mode | Full-auto Semi-auto |
Gearbox version Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3. | Gearbox v2 |
Hop-Up Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy). | Yes |
