Quality steel but the edges on the inside are not smooth and the piston will not pass through. I will have to resurface the whole inside.

Good for that price but a little bit rough on the inside because the holes are not very polished on the inside and the piston head doesn't moves softly. It needs some polish and it works perfectly. Maybe it was only my cilinder.
