Specna Arms unveils the CORE™ linewith theHAL™
Trigger control system supports the replica's performance and allows for easy programming of functions using the trigger and selector.
The X series is Specna Arms' answer to the very popular trend of AR-15-based submachine airsoft guns. Thanks to its compact size and first-class performance, the replica is a very good choice for CQB games. In addition, the replica can prove itself as a backup for a sniper or an RKM operator.
The SA-CX01 is equipped with a frontal M-Lok type RIS rail , with the barrel terminating in a standard discharge device. On the dorsal RIS rail, folding sighting instruments are mounted.
The barrel, the slide and the Light Ops-type buttstock as well as the pistol grip are made of nylon fibre-reinforced polymer. Other components, such as the barrel, RIS front, flame suppressor, enlarged reloading handle and tactical mount, are made of metal (all screws, pins and the dummy lock are made of steel). The barrel is marked with the serial number.
The replica is fitted with a minimalist Light Ops stock. The Light Ops stock has non-slip rubber panels on both sides acting as cheekpieces and a distinctive curved rubber buttstock that sits comfortably on the shoulder.
The replica is very well-fitted, the user will not experience any play between the lower and upper parts of the body. The use of lightweight polymer body allowed to reduce the weight, which makes it perfect for dynamic games or prolonged milslims. Furthermore, the fibreglass reinforcement also makes the body stronger than polymer and metal bodies.
The replica uses the quick spring change system, ESA™. This allows the power of the replica to be quickly and efficiently adapted to the conditions expected on the field of play without the need for access to a workshop or a range of specialised tools.
The advantages of the ESA™ system are difficult to overestimate. In view of the arrangements within the environments themselves, this system guarantees the user considerable possibilities and a great deal of freedom. The ESA™ system makes it possible to replace the mainspring with a minimum of time and, consequently, to adapt the replica's discharge velocity to the area of play so as to guarantee the ideal compromise between the effectiveness of the firearm and the safety of oneself and other players.
The replica has been fully adapted to work with LiPo and LiFe type batteries. With a base initial discharge velocity of ~380 FPS guaranteed by the pre-installed mainspring, the replica is perfectly suited for medium range operations. An M90-type spring is also included, allowing the initial velocity to be reduced to ~310 FPS, making the replica perfectly suited for short-range or indoor operations.
The gearbox conceals 8-mm slide bearings and the supported steel gears. The system is secured by four anti-reverse pawls. The lightweight polycarbonate piston is fitted with a full steel bar for added strength. An aluminium cylinder and steel cut-off lever are also used here, as well as a precision rotary hop-up chamber. The strength of the parts allows them to work with M140 springs.
The finely crafted Rotary Hop-Up chamber works perfectly with the high quality 6.03mm precision barrel. The use of a precision barrel positively affects the range and accuracy of the replica. It is important to remember to use high quality 6mm ammunition.
