TSG-552-STD carbine replica
The TSG-552-STD carbine replica is made of plastic and steel. The only element that is made of an alloy of zinc and aluminum is the outer barrel. The flash-hider, the RIS rail, the body, the trigger, the trigger guard and the firing mode selector lever are made of steel. The stock is foldable to the right side of the replica thanks to which the transport of it is facilitated. The stock’s foot is made of rubber. The set includes a real-cap type magazine holding 30 BB pellets. The use of an extended tappet plate makes that all BB pellets are shot. You can the fake bullets and the springs through the half see-through magazine case.
The replica is made by the G&G company on the license given by the Swiss-Arms company –the manufacturer of the real SIG 552 carbine.
The battery is located in the front grip. After removing the pin it is possible to take the front-grip away and to take the replica apart on two parts. The gearbox is equipped with a system of plugs transmitting the power instead of ordinary wiring. This allows to minimize the replica’s damage related to tearing off or cutting the wiring. The ambidextrous firing mode selector lever makes that the replica can be used by both, left and right-handed users. The trigger guard is mounted with the use of two screws thanks to which its position can be adjusted within the range of 180 degrees.
The compact size of the replica and the reasonable muzzle velocity make the replica a perfect solution to operate on short and medium distances – in particularly the CQB/MOUT type encounters. The highest quality of parts, the fitting and the operating culture are guaranteed by the G&G company’s fame.
The replica is equipped with steel thread-wheels that are placed on 6mm slide bearing, a reinforced spring guide and a piston’s head. The whole is put inside a reinforced V.3 gearbox. What is more, the replica is also equipped with a 275mm long 6,04mm precise inner barrel.
The set does not include the battery or the charger.
The set includes:
- the TSG-552-STD carbine replica,
- a magazine,
Blow Back Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting. | No |

Muzzle velocity [FPS] It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second). 1 FPS = 0,3 m/s 1 J = 99 m/s 1 J = 326,7 FPS | 360 |

Gearbox version Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3. | Gearbox v3 |
Hop-Up Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy). | Yes |
