SPECIAL OFFER REGULATIONS 

 

Discount codes for chosen products at www.gunfire.pl starting from April 17th 04:01 pm CET to dismiss. To receive a discount code read sales policy. Discounts for chosen products reach up to 10%.

 

Terms and regulations:

 

§1

 

  1. The aim of the special offer known under the name of "1K INSTAGRAM Followers" is granting a 10% discount on chosen products from the offer.
  2. The administrator of the offer if the SportVentureS company, located at ul. Lekcyjna 96, 51-169 Wrocław, further known as Administrator.
  3. In order to be granted a discount code, one needs to use code given at https://instagram.com/asg_gunfire/ while placing an order. The granted code can be used while completing the order in the basket section. Discount will be granted to every order where INSTAGRAM nick/login was left in the comment section.
  4. Rebate codes will be shared at https://instagram.com/asg_gunfire/ - every code is unique and for one-time-use, first come first served!

 

§2

  1. The special offer is addressed to individual customers of Gunfire.pl.  
  2. The special offer is introduced to the www.Gunfire.pl internet store beginning April 17th 04:01 pm CET to dismiss. 
  3. The discount arising from this special offer can be combined with other discounts arising from other promotions, discount cards, loyalty cards and the like.  During the special offer, the loyalty programme is VALID.

 

§3

 

None of the underneath mentioned individuals may participate in this program:

  1. the Administrator's employees
  2. other individuals linked personally or inpersonally to preparing and administrating the program
  3. relatives to individuals named in the above § 3, pt. 1. and 2.
  4. wholesale customers

 

§4

 

A participant of the promotion may be any individual with full legal capacity and legal persons and organizational units without legal personality if they have the capacity to acquire rights and obligations, who meets the requirements stated in §2.1 and does not belong to a group of customers listed in §3.

 

 

§5

 

  1. The Sale regards all orders placed at www.Gunfire.pl starting from April 17th 04:01 pm CET (to dismiss), where the discount code was used.
  2. The Sale regards chosen products available at www.Gunfire.pl with exception of already discounted products by another special offer with higher discount.
  3. During the "1K INSTAGRAM Followers" special offer some of the products from the offer are discounted by 10%

 

§6

 

Participation in the special offer is considered as full agreement to processing of personal data provided by the Customer by the administrator.

 

§7

 

Participation in the special offer is considered as full agreement to all the above mentioned terms and regulations. 
 

 

§8

 

The administrator holds the right to cancel, stop or annul the special offer at any given moment.
