Discount for chosen products from the offer up to 50% excluding some brands.

 

 

Terms and regulations:

§1

 

  1. The aim of the special offer known under the name of "Hot summer sale" is discount for chosen products from the offer up to 50%
    excluding some brands.
  2. The administrator of the offer if the SportVentureS company, located at ul. Lekcyjna 96, 51-169 Wrocław, further known as Administrator.

 

§2

  1. The special offer is addressed to individual customers of Gunfire.pl.  
  2. The special offer is introduced to the www.Gunfire.pl internet store beginning July 17th 2015 3:00 p.m. CET and ending August 12 2015 3:00 p.m. CET.
  3. The discount arising from this special offer can not be combined with other discounts arising from other promotions, discount cards, loyalty cards and the like.  During the special offer, the loyalty programme is VALID.

 

§3

 

None of the underneath mentioned individuals may participate in this program:

  1. the Administrator's employees
  2. other individuals linked personally or inpersonally to preparing and administrating the program
  3. relatives to individuals named in the above § 3, pt. 1. and 2.
  4. wholesale Customers
  5. Customers taking part in "Together we are strong" special offer

 

§4

 

A participant of the promotion may be any individual with full legal capacity and legal persons and organizational units without legal personality if they have the capacity to acquire rights and obligations, who meets the requirements stated in §2.1 and does not belong to a group of customers listed in §3.

  1. Subject to the special offer are all orders placed at www.Gunfire.pl between July 17th 2015 3:00 p.m. CET and ending August 12 2015 3:00 p.m. CET.
  2. During the "Hot summer sale" sale a wide variety of products from the shop's offer is available at a price discounted up to 50% excluding some brands.

Participation in the special offer is considered as full agreement to processing of personal data provided by the Customer by the administrator.

Participation in the special offer is considered as full agreement to all the above mentioned terms and regulations.
