INFLUENCER CODES - Gunfire

§1 GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The aim of the special offer known under the name of Gunfire Influencer Codes is a discount on chosen products of the Gunfire store using influencer discount codes.

2. The administrator of the offer is the Infinity Fund located at ul. Jana Długosza, 42-46, 51-162, Wrocław, further known as Administrator.

3. Gunfire Influencer Codes are granted to influencers cooperating with the Administrator.

4. Wholesale Customers may not participate in this offer.

§2 OFFER CONDITIONS

1. The offer is directed exclusively at individual customers who are natural persons with a full capacity to perform acts in law.

2. Only non-discounted products selected by the Administrator and available on the website indicated by the Administrator participate in the offer.

3. The offer consists of lowering the prices of the selected goods by up to 12% with the Gunfire Influencer Codes.

4. Gunfire influencer codes are given to influencers individually.

5. Gunfire influencer codes are available on influencers' social media. 

6. Gunfire influencer codes are changed regularly. 

7. The Gunfire influencer code is valid until the end of the month of its publication.

8. The sale is not linked to other promotions, discount codes, and discounts. Airsoft Teams retain their rebate if it is higher than the sum of discounts in the Gunfire influencer codes offer; if it is lower - the prices from the current promotion will be charged.

9. The organizer is not responsible for incorrect or outdated codes provided by influencers.

§3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. A participant of the offer may be any individual who meets the requirements stated in paragraph 2 of these Terms & Conditions and does not belong to a group of customers listed in point 4 of paragraph 1.

2. Participation in the offer implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. The rules of the offer are defined exclusively by these Terms & Conditions. All promotional and advertising materials are for information purposes only.

4. The Administrator holds the right to stop the special offer before the end date due to the exhaustion of stocks.

5. In the case of termination of cooperation with a given influencer, the Administrator holds the right to exclude the code before the deadline specified in point 7 of paragraph 2 of these Terms & Conditions.
