Gunfire "Outlet" special offer rules and regulations

§1

1. The aim of the special offer known under the name of  "Outlet" is selling of airsoft equipment at reduced prices. 

2. The administrator of the "Outlet" promotion, hereinafter referred in these Terms and Conditions as "special offer", is the company of SportVentureS, based in Wroclaw, Lekcyjna 96, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer. 

§2

1. The special offer is addressed to individual customers of Gunfire.pl.  

2. The special offer is introduced to the www.Gunfire.pl internet store as well as the Gunfire.pl store in Kryniczno beginning September 5th 2012. 

§3

A participant of the promotion may be any individual with full legal capacity and legal persons and organizational units without legal personality if they have the capacity to acquire rights and obligations, who meets the requirements stated in §2 through purchase of products described in §4.

§4

1. Subject to the special offer are all products available at www.Gunfire.pl and listed in the „Outlet” manu, as well as the same products available in shops mentioned in w §2.

2. The special offer is enforced through lowering the prices for all product mentioned in §4 pt. 1.

§5

1. The discount arising from this special offer can not be combined with other discounts arising from other promotions valid in shops listed in §2.

2. The discount arising from this special offer can not be combined with other discounts arising from discount cards, loyalty cards, individual discounts, team discounts and the like, unless the specific special offer's terms and regulations state otherwise. 

§6

Participation in the special offer is considered as full agreement to all the above mentioned terms and regulations. 

§7

Final interpretation of the above mentioned rules depends on the administrator. The administrator holds the right to cancel, stop or annul the special offer at any given moment.
