Terms & Conditions of promotion „2+1 for 1 PLN”

§ 1. Definitions

Organiser / Seller – GF Corp sp. z o.o. sp. k. with its registered office in Wrocław (51-162), ul. Jana Długosza 42-46, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000556946, REGON 361501099, NIP 8952044411, conducting sales via the online store at https://gunfire.com (hereinafter: the “Store”).
Promotion – the “2+1 for PLN 1” promotion under the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Promotional Products – products covered by the Promotion, available on the dedicated Store page: https://gunfire.com/en/series/2-1-winter-savings-8280.html
Participant – a person making a purchase in the Store during the Promotion period. To the extent the Promotion is directed to consumers, the Participant is a consumer within the meaning of the laws applicable in the country of the Participant’s habitual residence.
Cart – a set of products added to an order in the Store.
Product for PLN 1 – a Promotional Product whose price is reduced under the Promotion to PLN 1.00 (gross) (or the equivalent amount in the currency displayed in the Store), in accordance with § 3.

The Promotion applies in all markets where the Store offers the Promotion, under uniform terms set out in these Terms and Conditions, subject to section 2.
These Terms and Conditions do not limit any consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of the laws of the Participant’s country of habitual residence.
The Promotion is valid during the period: 9.01.2026, 4:00 PM CET – 27.01.2026,11:59 PM CET or until Promotional Products are out of stock.
The Promotion applies only to purchases made in the Organiser’s online Store.
The Promotion does not include delivery costs or additional services, unless the Store indicates otherwise.

The Promotion consists of the following: a Participant who, in a single order, adds at least 3 (three) Promotional Products to the Cart becomes eligible to purchase 1 (one) Promotional Product for PLN 1.00 (gross).
The Promotion applies only to Promotional Products listed on the List of Promotional Products. Products outside this list are not counted toward meeting the “minimum 3 products” requirement.
Rule for selecting the Product for PLN 1:
If the Participant meets the condition set out in section 1, the Product for PLN 1 becomes the cheapest Promotional Product in the Cart (among the Promotional Products in the Cart at the time the order is placed), unless the Store clearly indicates a different selection method.
The Promotion can be applied multiple times within one order.
For every 3 promotional products in the cart, you can buy 1 of them (the cheapest) for PLN 1.00 (gross) (e.g. 6 items = 2 items for PLN 1 each).
The Promotion is applied automatically in the Cart or at the order summary once the Promotion conditions are met. The Participant will be informed that the Promotion has been applied before placing the order.
If Promotional Products have variants (e.g. color, size), the Promotion applies only to those variants that are marked as Promotional Products.

The Promotion is valid until Promotional Products are out of stock. The Organiser may end the Promotion earlier for specific products due to lack of availability.
The Promotion applies only to orders placed during the Promotion period.
The Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions, unless the Store clearly indicates otherwise for a given offer or in the Cart.
If there are fewer than 3 Promotional Products in the Cart, the Promotion will not be applied.

The Participant has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return products in accordance with the Store’s returns policy and the laws applicable in the country of the Participant’s habitual residence.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract covering the entire order, the Participant returns all products from the order, and the Organiser refunds the payment in accordance with applicable laws.
If the Participant returns part of the order and, after the return, the order no longer meets the condition of having at least 3 Promotional Products, the Participant is required to also return the Product for PLN 1 (i.e. the product covered by the Promotion).
The above provisions do not limit statutory consumer rights, in particular in the event of a complaint regarding the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract.

Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, e.g. by using the form available at: https://gunfire.com/en/about/returns-and-complaints-832.html.
Complaints will be reviewed by the Organiser within 14 days from the date the complaint is received.

Participants’ personal data are processed for the purpose of implementing the Promotion and handling complaints regarding the Promotion.
The Participant has the right to: access their data, rectify them, erase them, restrict processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 9.01.2026 and remain in force for the duration of the Promotion.

The Organiser may amend these Terms and Conditions only for valid reasons and in a manner that does not infringe rights already acquired by Participants. The amendments do not apply to orders placed before the amendments are published.
