Terms & Conditions of Promotion „3+1 on Parts and Accessories”

§1 Definitions

1. Organizer / Seller – GF Corp sp. z o.o. sp. k., with its registered office in Wrocław (51-162), ul. Jana Długosza 42-46, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000556946, REGON 361501099, NIP 8952044411, operating the online store at https://gunfire.com (hereinafter: the “Store”).
2. Promotion – the “3+1 on Parts and Accessories” promotion under the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotional Products – products covered by the Promotion, marked with the ‘3+1 for 0,25€’ label, available in the Parts and Accessories and Internal Parts categories.
4. Participant – a person making a purchase in the Store during the Promotion period. To the extent that the Promotion is addressed to consumers, the Participant is a consumer within the meaning of the laws applicable in the country of the Participant’s habitual residence.
5. Cart – the set of products added to the order in the Store.
6. Product for 1 PLN / 0,25€ – the cheapest Promotional Product in the Cart, the price of which is reduced under the Promotion to 1 PLN or 0,25€, in accordance with the rules set out in §3 of these Terms and Conditions.

§2 General provisions

1. The Promotion applies in all markets where the Store offers the Promotion, under uniform rules set out in these Terms and Conditions, subject to paragraph 2.
2. These Terms and Conditions do not limit the consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of the law of the Participant’s country of habitual residence.
3. The promotion is valid from June 12, 2026, 4:00 PM CEST to June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM CEST, or while promotional products remain in stock.
4. The Promotion applies only to purchases made in the Organizer’s online store.
5. The Promotion does not cover delivery costs or additional services, unless the Store states otherwise.

§3 Rules of the “3+1 on Parts and Accessories” Promotion

1. The Promotion means that a Participant who adds at least 4 Promotional Products to the Cart in a single order becomes eligible to purchase the cheapest Promotional Product for 1 PLN / 0,25€.
2. The Promotion applies only to Promotional Products marked with the ‘3+1 for 0,25€’ label. Products not marked with this label do not count towards the ‘minimum of 4 products’ condition.
3. Promotion calculation rule:
   If the Participant returns part of the order and, after the return, the order no longer meets the condition of containing at least 4 Promotional Products, the Participant is also obliged to return the Product for 1 PLN / 0,25€, i.e. the product covered by the Promotion whose price was reduced under the Promotion.
4. The Promotion accumulates within one order.
   For every 4 Promotional Products in the Cart, the Participant may purchase 1 Promotional Product for 1 PLN / 0,25€, e.g. 8 items = 2 products for 1 PLN / 0,25€ each.
5. The Promotion is applied automatically in the Cart or in the order summary once the Promotion conditions are met. The Participant receives information that the Promotion has been applied before placing the order.

§4 Limitations and exclusions

1. The Promotion is valid while stocks of Promotional Products last. The Organizer may end the Promotion earlier for specific products due to lack of availability.
2. The Promotion applies only to orders placed during the Promotion period.
3. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions, unless the Store expressly states otherwise for a given campaign or in the Cart.
4. If there are fewer than 4 Promotional Products in the Cart, the Promotion will not be applied.

§5 Returns, withdrawal from the contract, and settlement of the Promotion

1. The Participant has the right to withdraw from the contract and return products under the rules set out in the Store’s Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the laws applicable in the country of the Participant’s habitual residence.
2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract covering the entire order, the Participant shall return all products included in the order, and the Organizer shall refund all payments received in accordance with applicable law.
3. If the Participant returns part of the order and, as a result, the order no longer meets the Promotion conditions, in particular the condition of purchasing at least 4 Promotional Products, the Participant is also obliged to return the Promotional Product purchased for PLN 1 / EUR 0.25.
4. If the Promotional Product is not returned, in particular due to its use, opening or inability to be reintroduced for sale, the Organizer shall settle the return taking into account the loss of the right to participate in the Promotion. In such a case, the refund amount due to the Participant shall be appropriately reduced by the value of the benefit obtained as a result of participating in the Promotion, however not exceeding the gross retail price of the Promotional Product applicable in the Store on the date the order covered by the Promotion was placed.
5. The settlement referred to above is intended to restore the value of the order to the situation in which the Promotion conditions were not met and does not constitute a contractual penalty.
6. The above provisions do not limit the statutory rights of the consumer, in particular rights arising from the seller’s liability for lack of conformity of the goods with the contract and the right to withdraw from the contract.

§6 Complaints regarding the Promotion

1. Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, for example using the form available at: https://gunfire.com/en/about/returns-and-complaints-832.html.
2. Complaints are processed by the Organizer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

§7 Personal data protection

1. The personal data of Participants is processed for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion and handling complaints regarding the Promotion.
2. The Participant has the right to: access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, transfer it, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

§8 Final provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 12.06.2026 and remain valid for the duration of the Promotion.
2. These Terms and Conditions are available on the Store’s website at: https://gunfire.com/en/info/terms-conditions-of-promotion-3-1-on-parts-and-accessories-2000.html.
3. The Organizer may amend these Terms and Conditions only for important reasons and in a manner that does not infringe the acquired rights of Participants. The changes do not apply to orders placed before the publication of the changes.
