ARES MSR 009 Bolt-Action Sniper Rifle
An excellent replica of the MSR 009 sniper rifle, manufactured by Ares, a company renowned for its attention to detail and build quality. The MSR 009 is a gas-powered replica of the Finnish Sako TRG-42 sniper rifle.
The stock of the replica is made from the highest quality polymer, whilst the buttplate is made from hard, comfortable rubber. The barrel, muzzle device, magazine, bipod, scope mount, trigger and its guard, and the Hop-Up chamber are all made of metal.
The ergonomic stock is length-adjustable and features an adjustable cheek rest; special spacers are included in the set. On both sides of the replica there are mounts for QD sling swivels, whilst at the end of the stock there is a classic sling swivel.
The replica features a copper inner barrel with a diameter of 6.04 mm. A safety lever is integrated into the trigger guard; the trigger itself is adjustable and can be tilted to the left or right.
Internally, the replica is also perfectly crafted – as befits Ares products. The parts fit together very well, ensuring good and consistent performance straight out of the box.
The gas-powered magazine supplied with the replica holds 23 BBs. The set also includes a scope mount with a 30 mm tube, as well as a 6-position adjustable bipod designed specifically for this replica.
