Biohazard Samurai Edge Std. Mod. by the cult company Tokyo Marui will be a real treat for any fan of the Resident Evil universe(but not only!) Like most Tokyo Marui small arms replicas, the Samurai Edge is also made predominantly of high quality polymer. Metal is the magazine here, as well as the trigger and all manipulators (such as the safety). Both the shell and the lock of the pistol are made of polymer.
The liners have a comfortable, non-slip texture, and are partly made of wood imitation material, thus achieving an interesting visual effect. Effectual marks S.T.A.R.S. RPD.
The rifle is equipped with a blow back system. It causes the breech to blow back with each shot, and locks the breech in the rear position after the last piece of ammunition has been fired. After inserting a new, full magazine, the breech lock must be released - exactly as in the fireable original. Tokyo Marui gas airsoft guns have been renowned for years for perfect reliability and perfect workmanship of internal components, so we do not have to worry about performance or the proper operation of the Hop-Up system - it is in a class of its own.
The magazine included with the replica is made of metal, its capacity is 26 rounds.
