2016-06-23Great Shooting Replica of the AKM, The wood is a nice touch and the replica is very well put together. nothing, not even the magazine wobbles at all. it Has a very snappy trigger response on a 9.6v and out the box range and accuracy are very good. It's well worth the money it sells at maybe more

2013-07-15This is a very accurate replica of the Russian AKM 7.62X39mm caliber assault rifle.
The externals look amazing, the body is solid metal (I believe this may be a lower quality steel because it feels much better than the pot metal used on other designs) with a wooden stock and handguard. The wood too is of very good quality considering the price.
It takes a mini-type battery in the stock. To get the battery in, you have to unscrew 2 cross head screws to remove the but plate, which is a much better system than the sliding but plate they used on their earlier models, which was not held in place by anything and it could slide off at any moment.
I haven't shot it much, but the range and accuracy with .25g BBs is very good, with an estimated range of over 50m (I did not have any measuring tools with me, so I can't be more accurate here, sorry).
The hop-up unit and rubber is also of good quality, as it only needed very sensitive adjustments to provide a flat trajectory to my .25g BBs.
To conclude, I'd say that if you are looking for an AK replica that not only looks very good but it also performs very well with little or no upgrades, you can't go wrong with the cm048m.
