The replica was manufactured in cooperation with EMG Arms brand. The carbine has engraved licensed markings of Daniel Defense® - a firearms manufacturer from the USA, which since 2002 specializes in providing various variants of the AR15 and accessories, also on special requests by USSOCOM.
The receiver, the buffer tube and an SF stock that holds the battery, as well as the pistol grip, were made of nylon fiber reinforced polymer. Remaining components such as the barrel, RIS handguard, flash hider, enlarged charging handle and tactical sling swivels were made of metal (parts made of steel include the screws, pins, shell ejection window and mock bolt carrier).
The replica’s parts are aligned very well and the User will not experience any loose spots between the lower and the upper receiver. The use of a light polymer receiver allowed for a reduced weight, which makes it very suitable for dynamic games or long-lasting mil-sims. What’s more, the fiberglass reinforcement makes the receiver also more durable than polymer and metal receivers.
The replica features an ESA™ Quick Spring Change System. Due to that system, it is possible to rapidly and quickly adapt the power of the replica to the conditions expected on the playing field without the necessity to have the access to a workshop or a set of special tools - all that is required is to remove the stock slide in order to gain access to the spring so that it can be removed without having to pull out or disassemble the gearbox.
The advantages of the ESA™ system are hard to overstate. In the light of current internal regulations inside various groups, the system guarantees the user a varied set of possibilities and plenty of freedom. ESA™ system allows with a minimal amount of time to change the main spring, thus to customize the muzzle velocity towards the area of the game in such a way so as to guarantee an ideal compromise between the effectiveness of fire and the safety for the User himself as well as other participants.
The replica is fully compatible with LiPo and LiFe batteries. Due to a base muzzle velocity of ~380 FPS provided by the main spring installed by default by the manufacturer, the replica is perfect for operating on a medium range. The set also includes an M90 spring, which allows reducing the muzzle velocity to ~310 FPS and as a result to adapt the replica for close-ranged and indoor operations.
The gearbox contains 8 mm slide bearings as well as shimmed steel gears based on them. The system is secured with four anti-reversal latches. A light, made of polycarbonate polymer piston is equipped with a full steel strip, in order to increase its durability. Also, implemented were a type 0 cylinder and a steel circuit-breaker, as well as a precise rotary Hop-Up chamber. The durability of parts allows for the cooperation with M140 springs.
A carefully made Rotary Hop-Up chamber splendidly cooperates with a high-quality precision barrel with a diameter of 6.03 mm. The implementation of a precision barrel increases the replica’s range and accuracy. One must remember to use high-quality 6 mm BBs.
The carbine features a factory-fitted MOSFET X-ASR™ module by Polish GATE. It is an unprecedented cooperation between a Polish manufacturer and a factory known for its airsoft replicas. The highest-quality MOSFET X-ASR™ looks after the safety of the replica components, improves the trigger reaction and extends the lifetime of electronics and the battery. It will also enable diagnosing basic malfunctions inside the replica thanks to integrated status diodes.
SA-C19 carbine replica is equipped with a RIS 22 mm handguard. The barrel features a standard muzzle device on a 14 mm CCW thread. The top of the replica features flip-up iron sights.
The set includes an S-MAG Hi-Cap magazine with a capacity of up to 380 BBs. S-MAG is an exclusive polymer magazine designed by Specna Arms. Noteworthy is the characteristic texture comprised of Specna Arms logos. S-mag facilitates a seamless feeding of BBs even at high ROF.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
